Boiled egg - 5
Onion - 4 ( medium size)
For tomato puree - 2 tomatoes ( medium size)
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Star anise - 1 ( medium size)
Garlic - 6 ( medium size)
Ginger - 3/4" size
Green chilli - 4
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Crushed pepper - 1 tbsp
Hot water - 1 1/4 cup
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Coconut oil/ Oil
Salt
For frying egg :
Coconut oil / oil - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder / crushed pepper - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 2 pinch
