- Here’s my 2024 Honda civic si crystal black pearl.
I’ve had the car for about 4 months and this is what I’ve done to it so far. I have many more things I’m going to be doing to the car and many more videos to follow along with it enjoy!!!!

I have a 2024 black si myself 😎 from research that I did it will be best to upgrade the clutch that way you can get it to go faster.

What tune did you get? Also is it 230 crank or 230 wheel your pushing?
You really should look into getting an enclosure for that filter, prl sells a kit. The oem air inlet solution was fantastic and had really low iat's. With your setup the car may actually be performing worse than stock since the car will pull timing due to high intake air temps.
My cars never over heated so I’m not sure what you mean?
A couple of things i don't like about the 24 SI is the waste gate rattle, when going low speeds in 1, 2, 3 or when decelerating at any speed less than 50 mph. Also you can feel every bump, I get its designed for the track but adaptive suspension would have been an awesome feature
I bought and built a 22 11th gen SI myself. Ended up getting 319 to the wheels with a ton of mods. Good luck with your build

I love your build. I have a 2024 civic touring with the same engine but is 180 hp stock. Do you think I can do the same mods to get a little more performance? Or is it specific to the SI?
Yes what I have will fit your car, it’s the same engine 1.5t
I had the 2020 Touring with a catback,intake and a tune 91 octane… 207hp all I got. CVT caps out at 260hp max unless your tuner can make gradually pick up speed, your transmission simply can’t hold power. 👍
I wanna do the titanium inlet too but I’m running the PRL 10th gen cobra intake it’s a smaller diameter on the inlet tube.
Sorry, the Type R is $44,750 MSRP. Some dealers mark them up but you can find them MSRP. I like the Si, great fuel mileage.
tasteful mods brother, do you hear the intake every time you climb rpms? or is it only when you're past a certain point? looking to get one myself but i just don't want anything too obnoxious yk
Like 3 thousand rpms, if your not hitting the gas hard it won’t be obnoxious or loud unless you want it to be, it’s to your liking

Hey I have the same car as u same color I have a prl stage 1 Intake mishimoto lug nuts rs side skirts and front lip and si wheel valve caps and it’s fully tinted front and back I love this car !
And I have ikon floor mats !! I love the way it is stock with minimal kods

You may want to buy a duct to get the coolest air to your intake you can. They’re only like 50 bucks I think prl makes one

bought my 2019 Type R for 45,000 with 35K miles on it , then I bought my 2020 Si for 28,000 with 30,000 miles on them not gonna lie I love both the same but for sure finna build the SI and keep the R stock to trade it in for a bmw M4 competition

Hondata, they are going to be going wireless soon for the tunes, so I’m very excited and waiting for it

Even in Florida, $53K USD is alot for a TypeR.
In Canada, the TypeR sells for $72K CAD.
The part that pains me with the terrible design decision Honda took w/ the Canadian-spec TypeR, was that they didn't add heated seats/steering/fog lights like the "ordinary" Canadian-spec Si packs, and they want me to pay $72K CAD to freeze my nuts ott in this crazy Canadian winter just to have a number-badged TypeR? - It's not giving the full enthusiast-packed car for all seasons.
Folks are saying for the price i got the Si, why didn't i pick the Elanta N that packs like 70 more horsepower and drives like a BMW M since the M engineer was the one that tuned it up?
The Elantra N front styling and the lack of proper racing heritage on Hyundai's side, wasnt enough to sway me for that power difference it provided.
Saw the refreshed 2024 Elantra N shown yesterday and the design isn't so bad, and if the handling and build quality is what they're saying it is, might be worth trading in my FE1 Si and risk it all to buy a brand new Elantra N in a few years time as anytime one passes me w/ the nice exhaust, i have to ask myself, what-if, what-if?
The GR Corolla & WRX were also in consideration for me; Ugly frontend & reliabilty fears disqualified the WRX. The price-gouging dealerships disqualified the GR Corolla and paying $70K CAD was simply insane even though the car is AWD & 300hp, and has 4-doors, it wasn't just an amount that seemed worth it, just to get an enthusiast car.
In 9 months, the Si has treated me well, keeps me grinning when other 11th gen Touring/Sport Civics pull up, and in 2-3 shifts they're in my rear view mirror. I laughh my head up everytime.

The minute u push over 220 hp the internals of this engine is not durable
What makes you say that?
The limit of the stock internals has been widely documented to be around the 300 horsepower area. But the longevity and reliability at these power levels is questionable at best. The heads lift at high boost.
@@Connor78255I won’t want to push over 295 even so everything is getting upgraded, hoses, cc injectors, clutch etc
Two step performance is already at 350 whp on stock internals just head studs they even said the rods in the 11 gen are a bit “bigger”
