Just realized that Batman could've taken a sample of Grundy's blood instead of having to do all that stuff just to get to Ra's. I mean, they even say in one of the stories that it was Lazarus chemicals that woke Grundy up.

Yeah but Batman read the script.
Probably with the amount of exposure Ra's has had, it'd bond far faster than with Grundy's blood instead. It likely would have taken several days for the enzymes in the blood and the components of the cure to chemically bond if Grundy's blood was used. Keeping in mind, Batman has only hours to live...

Frosty14748 That doesn't make sense, yes, Ra's had more exposure for sure, but Solomon has a century of it too, and, Batman is looking for the Lazarus' chemicals, so basically everyone that was exposed has it.
The explanation is perhaps relying on Ra's' (That's odd, doesn't sound right written at all) blood is directly exposed to it by time to time, when Solomon's was exposed one single time (Ok, it lasted 50 years and made Solomon "a Lazarus pit" himself, but, who knows?).
Or it was just overlooked by the writers.
Grundy is a monster zombie. Who knows what his blood would do. I mean, Joker's blood turned people into Jokers. Maybe Grundy's blood would make monsters out of people.

Penguin had the military firepower and means to take over Gotham city, he has caches of assault rifles, shotguns, pistols, 50 cal sniper rifles, riot shields, grenades, dynamite, infrared goggles, communications tech, jamming devices , c4 explosives, rocket launchers, grenade launchers, body armor, land mines , dozens of guided rockets that can lock on to aircraft, ships and land targets and auto cannons, MG guns etc and he has hundreds of men in the prison working for him and a good portion of them are ex military and mercenaries knowing how to fight war etc, if penguin came up with a plan to take over Gotham city , he can recruit hundreds more prisoners , take the weapons caches in the sewers and get some boats and sail across the bay to Arkham asylum where tyger have there HQ at and steal lot more military weapons and gear and take their 30-40 helicopters there and fly off grab penguin and blow a hole in the wall and over 2000 prisoners will escape, and penguin just have to easily recruit thousands of criminals in Gotham city and take over Gotham city, he can put the grenade MGs, auto cannons , MG guns and rocket turrets on Vans etc 2putbsome steel plating on the vehicles and have a whole battalion of armor cars/ APC vehicles , take over the bridges, build snipers nest across town, put defenses with rocket launcher men and assault rifles and shotguns , have helicopters provide air support, put the jamming devices in secret defensive positions and put dozens of guided rockets on the rooftops to use against the air force and navy if have to and launch rockets in the city too and take over ace chemicals using chemicals weapons etc etc and Gotham city will be a fortress if the military try to intervene would be one long fight lol

The only thing I don't like is the tedium of shutting down the signal jammers, especially immediately having to backtrack as soon as you enter the building.

Love the improved water and ice graphics. Yup, Arkham City graphics are definitely better than in the original, and unlike with Return to Asylum, I don't mind that the lights are brighter. It actually helps navigate a bit better in here, and presumably in the sewers/Wonder City too.
Killing Joker's (really Harley's) pet hyenas is probably the worst thing Penguin did. It's like a rule, you can kill as many people as you want but you can never kill a pet! It's upsetting.
Arkham City had easily the best appearance of Penguin in all of the Arkham games, his design is great too.

I just noticed that at 32:42 Batman's suit is completely pristine as opposed to being full of holes. I wonder if that little oversight is in more cutscenes and I just never spotted it.
So, it seems no one is going to comment on the fact that Batman used reason to try and get through to Victor, but when reason failed, he used force to get his point across. I have to admire Batman's determination to try and be a good person even towards criminals, but when they decide to push him, force also works. It shows that he's able to show compassion and care even towards his biggest enemies. That fact is made even more obvious when he feels damaged by Joker's death at the end of the game and that leads into Arkham Knight.

40:14 Batman doesn't deserve Talia b/c she's a manipulative bitch (she practically plays Batman like a fucking piano) who follows her father around like an obedient dog unlike her sister Nyssa who not only has more common sense to stand against her father but knows that wiping out most of humanity isn't going to save the planet only make it worse. Sometimes I don't understand why Bruce Wayne favors Talia al Ghul instead of Selina Kyle since while they both r on the wrong side of the law, Talia will kill anyone either at her father's command or just at the drop of a hat while Catwoman doesn't kill (only if she is either left w/no other choice or if someone threatens her friend Holly Robinson). Which is why I believe Batman deserves to be w/Catwoman not the daughter of the Demon's Head.

Do the stun/jump combo (O,X,X on PS3/4 for example), but hit another direction and attack while you're in the air and you'll land on someone else.
