    The fact that rotating twice the arm takes you back to the original position (the warmup exercise) is a mathematical phenomenon that can be expressed as "π1(SO(3)) = Z/2Z" 🤓

      A stretching video for climbing is definitely not where I expected to see some algebraic topology 😅 but it's certainly not unwelcome haha

    This is a really useful style of video! Would it be possible to make a similar one for hip flexors and lower body?

      Would love to know that too

      Thanks :) we have a lower body one coming out in a couple weeks. A stand along hip flexor video would be good! I'll add it to the list.

      @@LatticeTraining Thanks for this video. I've been wanting a good flexibility/mobility routine to be able to do during lunch at work for example.

    It is annoying that as follow along video the durations for holding position on each side are way out. Sometimes almost half the time is spent on the second side than the first. Makes it very annoying to follow along to!

      The lower body one coming soon also just needs a bit of floor space. These two together would make a good full body office routine.

    I can't do most of these exercises unfortunately. Guess I'm stuck being immobile :-(

    • @LatticeTraining

      I'll make a note that we need a total beginner follow along! Which ones did you find the most difficult?

    • @Spikeupine
      @Spikeupine ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@LatticeTraining The lying on the floor face down only feels like it's clamping my biceps in a weird way and not really stretching the peck. The lat one was also really hard to find the position to where it actually stretches

    Ah yes, first exercise, "swimming dragon" fuck that move. I had a strict af qigong teacher. "Yeah now do that whilst not bending your spine. No, palm always facing the sky... no, wrong. Try again" made my shoulders better tho

    • @LatticeTraining
      @LatticeTraining  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We are not nearly as strict here ;)

    pec stretch not ideal for people with breasts (even super small ones lol) ; i'd do that standing, hand on a wall ;)
