In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

I laughed at the stuff he said about technology, because it has changed so much. This is the best video I've found for introducing lean management so far.

Great talk on Lean applied personally. "...In the road to human potential the customer is you" - this is a great statement. Being aware of our personal "inventory"/too many personal projects and multi-tasking vs switch-tasking are great concepts and is immediately useful. Thanks Bill! Where can I see more of your material?

There's a difference between being "lean" and being "anorexic".
