From my experience having spent 41 years on this planet, and having girlfriends and dating since 7th grade, I have come to the conclusion that the ideal strategy for men in man/woman romantic relationships, is no cohabitation, no long-term monogamy, and absolutely no marriage.
Hang out, have fun, hook up. That's it. As soon as the fun stops and drama starts, it's time to cut bait and move on.
Anything more than that is recipe for disappointment at best, and a life ruining trap at worst.

She started dictating the terms of me moving in with her and she told me I had to give her 700 a month (this like 7/8 years ago so this money was worth more). I said but why don't I simply pay half whatever each months utilities bills are. Simple as. Because I knew they wouldnt be anywhere near at the time 700! No she said, it's 700. Then she added you're paying that out now on your lease so whatever you'd do you'd have to pay out, so just pay me. I could see in her eyes the wanting to make something out of me!!!! It's like when women talk about guys going overseas "Oh, you'll have to pay for her AND her family, too".
My response is that "it's STILL cheaper than dealing with any one of you".
I have a number of women I deal with in the Dom Republic. If I were to give them $200-$300 a month, they'd be over the freaking moon (I don't, but I wanted to make a point). You spend more if you have a committed woman in the States. Just going out to eat at somewhere decent once, plus doing something else fun will eat up way more than $300.
Not to mention all the other shit you end up spending on.

She had a good job at a bank and was doing well…… until he married her. Then…. Suddenly….. she had to quit her job, as it was too stressful for her. Her doctor commanded that she stay at home, and engage in relaxing hobbies to help her maintain. My brother in law agreed. And suffered over the next 22 years working like a dog to survive. As she stayed at home gardening, sewing, watching soap operas, and enjoying a few drinks everyday as, “therapy “. Poor bastard couldn’t take it anymore, and filed for divorce. She got everything, but….. he passed away, and she had to go back to work. And is still working today….. funny how that works. There is a lesson here gentlemen. Take note, least you become a slave with no life, no love, and no hope.

In most states, family law still has maternal biases by default when it comes to parenting time and custody. When I first met with my attorney, he said "wow, you are the most involved Father I've ever met. Unfortunately, you are still on the 1-yard-line because you are a man." I learned that trying to be emotionally intelligent and meeting other people’s needs is not a good thing because if you are great at it you will just get used and screwed because people will see you as reliable and dependent. Only time will tell how they'll end up, which ones will end up ok.
I'm not against dating or having kids, each time I saw trouble, I avoided the trouble. I'm not black pill, just being careful. Just waiting to get asked out by the one girl that has few to no red flags, so far only seen major red flags. In the past I walked into red flag hell without knowing way too many times.
So far I got no chains, I'm free, but we'll see how the next 10 years go. I don't think I'll ever get married, but I wouldn't mind having a kid with the right person.

Point Chevalier is a harbourside Auckland suburb where every house costs a million USD. Not because the houses are big...just because it is a great location. Nice parks nearby, zoo, lake, beach etc.
I stayed in an AirBnB guesthouse there for a few months, great area.

Rule #1: Monogamy is not a natural state. People want variety, exploration, and emotional freedom.
Monogamy was invented by the church to prevent chaos in society
Now that woman have more say, their need to live based on feelings and wants will pull us out of a monogamous society.
Jealously is the only thing that gets in the way, which is present even in monogamous relationships, and can be dealt with as humans learn to understand their own emotional stares.
I also believe that if sexual and emotional freedom was expected from everyone, jealousy would actually be easier to deal with.
My biggest problem has always been: why is it that doing something good for someone else, is at the same time doing something bad for the other person. If I play golf with Tim on Tuesday that should have no effect on my relationship playing with John on Saturday. I should be able to give a positive experience to both individuals

My husband and I did not live together before marriage (he would have, I would not as it was against my values). We got married, built a business, a home, and a life. Both of our lives are blessed, and better off because of our union. He always calls me his blessing from God. It’s a landmine out there, both men, and women must choose wisely which is a tricky task. I honestly believe there are more bad, selfish, unstable people out there these days, and the idea of remaining single is definitely more appealing than marriage. Good luck to anyone out there who is pure of heart, and mentally stable, trying to find someone who is deserving of you is like trying to find a unicorn. Where did all the normal people go?

Greetings to all my fellow brethren around the world! I spent the most part of my most productive years with a woman who bounced off after 8 years when my income lapsed for a moment. She went with household utilities, our nice German car, our two gorgeaus full bred hounds at same time her career went through the roof. She had already checked herself a new sperm sling to whom she very quickly made babies.. And we are talking about a very sporty, beautiful Nordic woman with skills to hold a home.. Already in the early times I got a bit of a 'heads-up' from her stepsister who I had very straight forward relations with that ".. I think you are like a moutfull of fresh water to my sister but because I like you, you should be aware that there is a more sinister side to our lovely Anna*** .. When things don't go her way there's a hell to pay.." Boy was she right.. Cold as ice took everything and left my exhausted and annihilated ass hangin in the breeze.. :D

Marriage is the largest “invisible” contract you will sign without knowing. Those us that have gone through divorce know what I’m talking about. Wish someone would have told me before marriage about me signing up for the largest invisible contract of my life. Think I would have negotiated terms and conditions a little better.
No one seems to get legal advise upfront but we all lawyer up when it falls apart.

Guys need to be smarter about committing to a relationship , or living with a woman. There are decent women out there, believe it or not. I've been divorced for over ten years and we didn't involve the family court system to decide our fate, or who gets what. and only needed a solicitor to handle the property settlement. , we put together a parenting plan and worked out a fair and sensible property settlement( Consent Orders) and the court accepted and filed it. That's how it was for me anyway. Guys, if its all coming apart, seriously, try to communicate properly, Avoid the expensive legal system if you can, as that only serves the parasites working in it. Everyone seems to think you HAVE to engage legal representation to get a divorce, in my experience its only designed for people who can't work their own shit out, like adults.

Thank you. My ex and I worked everything out too. We even went on a trip to celebrate our divorce and our new chapter as friends, and we’ve remained good friends ever since. No gold digging, no house-taking, no child abductions. I feel for these men who attract partners who rake them over the coals, but none of my friends would ever consider doing that. Most women I know have good jobs and their own assets.

I woke up this morning freaking out about my ex-girlfriend like always. But the data hit me especially hard this morning. Like what is she? I loved her with all my heart. We just moved into a nice new house. We had everything we could have ever wanted. She then sabotaged us and I was reviewing memories this morning and what struck me is her hatred. She HATES me. I love her so much and she absolutely HATES me. She cornered my mind from every direction. She had a man place his hands on me after I came home from work, she sold our home and got $14,000 from the sex trafficking government, she then sent me pictures in the mail of the children she was having with other men, she said she was going to call me on the phone while they were having sex making me afraid to pick up the phone, I told her 'we would have had a nice life,' and she said, 'for you maybe.' She has cornered my mind from every angle. She is trying to kill me.
