    • @edwardfletcher7790
      @edwardfletcher7790 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      That's correct, it's only allowed to be taken by recreational fisherman in NSW & Victoria..
      However it is commercially farmed in South Australia which is helping take the pressure off wild stocks.
      According to the Australian government website, this is part of the management plan to rebuild the wild population.
      Of course Mark knows nothing about all this, he's not Australian or a Fisherman.

Great Ocean Rd is (rightfully) iconic, but that whole stretch of coast from Mornington to Portsea (past Sorrento) that you flew over by helicopter (what a flex lol) is wonderful too. Sorrento is so beautiful, been there multiple times and glad to see you loved it too!
    Also, whoever owns that house with the massive backyard that leads right onto the beach with private pier in Sorrento, not to mention the boat, must be a friggin multimillionaire. That is a baller property.

    if any visits Sorento, there's a ferry service which runs between sorrento and Queens cliff. they are across each other. And you might be lucky to see the dolphins too

    Unbelievable house and views. I would cook every day and just sit in that amazing back yard with those spectacular views. So lucky whoever owns it. From Sydney Australia xxxooo. Thank you very much Mark, Mikie and Ying for all the beautiful videos and delicious food.

    I read somewhere that bluefin tuna are an extremely endangered species hence encouraging the harvest of farmed tuna. Is this accurate?

      Thank you for saying that. As a sushi chef in my younger days I was so confused watching that oil get poured all over the fish. Seems unnecessary and over kill to me

      Was thinking the same too. Never seen that much oil or any oil on a sashimi.

      I had sashimi fish before but I don't know too much about sashimi. But I would not put all that oil on the fish. Seems like going overboard to me and not being able to taste the fish
