    The speed that the tornado comes down in the very first second, is insane!

    • @mesohunt704
      @mesohunt704 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Incredible. The circulation had to of already been on the ground already. The forward speed was pretty wild as well. My biggest fears while chasing after other drivers is a really fast moving tornado and one that goes rogue and makes a sharp turn.

    • @kevinjoyce285
      @kevinjoyce285 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Comes down immediately, and as Meso said ground circulation was also possible. Turned quickly into a stovepipe, a damaging one to be specific. Eventually turned into a wedge and behold, THAT monster

    Wow. This one looks very similar to the Tuscaloosa AL. tornado in 2011. From what I hear, even the damage is on par. It’s up to us to help those in need from this storm.

      @Martianozarko 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I was just about to mention That. I think the tornado that hit Tuscaloosa was slightly more powerful but the damage sure was on par it ripped a huge mall in the pieces

      I was thinking that too, looks real similar to it and lots of damage. The stay at home orders really helped keep the Missing persons and lives lost down.

      Fortunately it wasn't as intense, it was rated high-end EF3 and no fatalities, unlike the Tuscaloosa tornado that was on the EF4/EF5 border and had double-digit deaths.

      So many people compare this to Tuscaloosa or Joplin. I don’t see it much. It intensified and formed way faster than either of them but was still a bit weaker. But close enough I guess

    I remember seeing that tornado first touch down. I had to take shelter at lost pizza co, beside a store called the truck patch (if memory serves correct on the name) once it passed by and we were in the clear on that portion of the city, I got back home. I used to live in the neighborhood beside joe mack Campbell park.

    Got comment on how rare it is to get to see an arkansas tornado. Not that we don't have plenty because we do. I woke up at 4am just this mourning worrying we were about to have one. It's just so rare to see the full body of the tornado not being rain wrapped or obstructed due to trees, hills, mountains. While it's true it's rare we have the ef5 but we do have them I would argue tornados here can be much more dangerous cause people don't usually see them till they are in them.

      Here we've gotten 2 significant tornadoes since 2019. No deaths but some flattened forests and buildings damaged beyond repair. And people say tornadoes don't happen here. I've seen multiple supercells here this year and eventually one will drop a monster like this and cause so much damage and death.
