That looks like it could be a Huon Pine boat. The rear anchor seems to be holding it fast so it can't float - I wonder if simply cutting this line would refloat the vessel so it could be brought inshore a bit further to enable work at low tide.
It’s a waste of a beautiful boat. From what I can see it is high and dry at low tide. I timed it so that the tide was coming in to get photos with water around it.
