It comes with 3 stitch markers the only different is one of them is green. It was super similar - aside from the eyes - yarn color and certain packaging. This was super fun to watch! Honestly it’s worth it to buy the kits whether on temu or woobles because once you learn - you can just buy the yarn and start making things on your own or even use the same tutorials and the stitch starter but it’s great to make your own because it helps to crochet on your own in the future ❤
thank you!!! ☺ thats such a good point! yes ppl have been saying this might be an old version of the real kit. ive reused the pattern to make a plush version of the lion!
Maybe you’ve already tried it but try switching to a knife grip, it might ease some of the pain on your hands. This type of yarn might also cause a lot of drag and maybe the switch in grip could help.
They’re not fake. China doesn’t enforce trademarking they have the economic belief if you can make it cheaper and better quality you should. It’s how they encourage competition. So anyone who outsources to China runs the risk of companies like this buying the product to sell for cheap. The links even take you to woobles and the passwords work. For example on Temu is a lot of Gibson guitar accessories. It doesn’t matter how hard these companies try to take them down if they outsource to China and not places that have intellectual property laws they run the risk of them not being enforced.
That is one of my gripes with The Woobles kits. They feel overpriced for the content that I'm getting. If I'm paying $40 I want there to be dedicated videos on the kit I bought. My hands also hurt! This was weird because I'm used to using small yarn and small hooks, but this was the first time I felt my hands and wrists cramping. I think it's the yarn because it feels more like a shoelace and it makes it harder to manipulate than traditional yarn. The Woobles kit I got made me interested in amigurumi but I think I'm going to stick to wearable right now 😆
i totally agree!! the tutorial videos i saw could definitely be a lot better. & YES the yarn is so tough like i was in pain!! haha def prefer my chunky plush yarn. if you give amigurumi a go again, the soft plush chenille yarn is sm smoother to work with than t-shirt yarn!
@@kashaestuesday The reason it’s so hard is because of the hook they give you. It’s REALLY REALLY rough. An armor clover is 10x better. The yarn is pretty good.
I'm a new crocheter too!!! 😊 And omg your lion is so cute!!! 😍😍 You did a good job! I started to get one from temu but just decided to get a regular crochet kit first lol, I'm getting one next time! 🙂
I love your channel! I want to learn how to crochet so bad but i dont know how to start, wether learning stiches with other yarn amd then doing a kit or i start a kit and learn as i go
thank you so much! 😊❤️ i learned by making an amigurumi bee because folks online said it shows you a good amount of stitches and stuff (color changing, increasing, decreasing, sewing, the magic ring etc) but i think a kit would be just fine too! def takes the guess work out of what yarn to use haha
@kashaestuesday thank you very much! My issue is that my brain is slow and after I remember the stitch or just counted it I forget it over and over. I can't follow simple tutorials because I don't understand how to count my own stitches or to make more increases without my project folding to see if there's enough. It's very frustrating and I have only been able to make a deformed marshmellow
@@lilartist-ut9gk aw we all start somewhere, omg you should see my very first little bee! i didnt even know what a stitch looked like, and now i have stitch/row counters to help me out. but im also not too crazy about counting either haha if its wrong i hardly ever frog a project. you'll get it friend i believe in you! 💕
yes the kit i had definitely had the real woobles password to access the official woobles video on their website. the video i saw for the lion were a bit low quality and a bit inconsistent! they definitely need to be updated and edited better
@@kashaestuesday. Look up up woobles wholesale. They cost 15 bucks each and you have to buy five at a time . That’s why I said it’s best to have five friends go in with you .
