Ford 3000 tractor cylinder head reinstall and torque sequence and specs

I'm in the process now of fully restoring my 1973 gas 3000. It has the 730 loader. It looks like what you have.

Did you have washers on your head bolts other than on rocker arm shaft ,mine didn't just wondering if I should put some on there

Just the rocker arm shaft. All other headbolts was just the bolt itself

What did they charge for the valve job? I have a 3000.
