If the fetus was no longer viable, why did her physician wait?! A cow with a stillborn calf would have quickly been given the proper care by a veterinarian! An embryo does not have the rights of a living human being. If I go into a restaurant and order a chicken dinner I'm going to be upset if I get two fried eggs. They are not the same. A moral hypothesis:

Texas strict abortion bans have run gynecologists out of the state. I was put on a waiting list in Nov 2023. Finally in Aug 2024 I got to see a Dr. but only because I told them that I'm 67 and I've been bleeding since May. Now I'm waiting on a D&C and it's been 4 weeks since my appt. Now I'm waiting on insurance approval. My granddaughter has been on a waiting list since March. So these ridiculous abortion bans affect every female.
