What can I say? I LOVE that guitar. I absolutely enjoyed playing it and I gave it an honest review. The only thing is the manual, you really should change the stringing section. That’s impressive and your band mate can play a bit! Close your eyes and listen to it, what would you say if you didn’t know? The intonation was what I thought was the most impressive at that price point and you didn’t tweak it beyond the good strings and minor bridge adjustment for the action. If I didn’t have a couple beater guitars on stands for noodling around the house already, I’d order one. I think I’d get the camo however. Because……. “camo”! 😄 Most likely “bad camo” but is there a “good camo” guitar? Playing through a great amp helps but nothing hides crappy pickups. A great find! Someone’s going to benefit from hearing / seeing this.
Hello Benny. Bazooka Bubblegum color is exactly the way I see it. Did it come with a comic strip.,😂 So, what does it sound like on a beginners practice amp. What are y’all running it through, (amp, effects, etc.)? Sounds nice as it is. 🎸🤘🏼👍🏻
It's plugged through my kemper using the power amp through my VHT 4x12, you're hearing the sm57 I used to mic the cab. Not really fancy if you think about it, although certainly not a line 6.

I know where to buy inexpensive guitars. That's why I bought mine from this place I'm making it a point not to name. All 5 were perfect out of the box. All came setup from the mfg. They hire in-house luthiers to set up every guitar before they're shipped. All of mine came set up perfectly. Intonated with D'addario strings on every one. 1 actually had coated strings on it. Nut slots in the bone nut cut to depth and not left high. Frets level. Action at avg height. They always showed up with zero relief but no buzzing. Those reasons & more are why I bought 5. 3 LP-style, a 335-style, and a Tele-style made from solid ash that weighs 10 freakin pounds! 😂 That's OK b/c the Epi '59 Les Paul I just bought is 8.2 lbs and it's #1 so the Tele stays on the wall for the time being. And I didn't have to order 10 guitars to get 5 good ones. I ordered 5 guitars and every single one they sent was good to go. No finish issues. No binding issues. Not hardware problems. Pickups are all very usable and all are potted & not microphonic. Finally, you can buy Les Pauls on Amazon, PRS, and all kinds of other quality guitars so buying a guitar from Amazon isn't the dig that most people try to make it out to be. "Oh you got an Amazon guitar" In that case, Fenders an Amazon guitar, PRS is an Amazon guitar. Etc... You can buy those just as easily as a $120 guitar. 🤷 The other one you always hear is "Walmart guitar" and it's the same thing there. You can buy Fenders, Schecters, PRS, and a bunch of others at Walmarts marketplace, also. So those are "Walmart guitars" too 😂. Try to tell a PRS owner that their guitar is a Walmart guitar and then watch em flip their s#1t 😂😂😂
I'm with you, man. There's some great stuff out there. Technology is crazy and certainly the cost of labor in China is literally pennies on the dollar. There's certainly a tradeoff. I am a collector at this point so I want a guitar that's both awesome and will appreciate in value, but I gotta say, this guitar sounds and plays better than many guitars I've played 10x the price. I may even own a few.
