- Quick walk around and drive in my 1966 Ford Mustang in Nightmist Blue Metallic with the original 289 and a 5 speed T5 manual transmission. Car has been in the family since purchased new at Los Altos Motor Sales in California in late 1965.
Ford Mustangs (like that one) are beautifully designed, that when you build them right and take care of them, they’ll run for 100 years or longer, just like a family.

I had the twin to this car back in the '60s, except mine had A/C and a console, with blue and white pony interior.

If his car has the stock clutch setup (3 finger clutch with mechanical linkage) it will be very difficult to drive. As the owner of a 4 speed 66 coupe with said combo I can speak from experience

Not a factory GT but a very nice clone. Factory GT's have front disc brakes - and have "disc brakes" in chrome letters on the brake pedal.
