Hello there. I’m not sure what you mean by intervals but while researching it showed traditionally, chebe is applied to the hair two to three times a week. However, it can really be used as often as you'd like.

What's your option on asian hair with the product.... it was my first time and I had to had coconut oil to mix it in well with the Sunny Isle Chebe Powder.

Can I used it in textured hsir and do I have to was my hair everytime I used it
Hello Brenda. Thanks for stopping by. My hair is textured so I would say yes it works for textured hair. And I’ve used it as both a prepoo and regular hair cream so you do not have to rinse it out after each application.

It definitely helped but I think the black castor oil is really what helped bring my edges back after postpartum shedding.
