I'm Brazilian, and I got excited about this amazing video. I simply love The Beatles so much.❤❤❤❤❤ Penny Lane is one of my favorite songs indeed. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Well done 👍. I enjoyed your video a lot. It was very informative . Also as a non native English speaker I appreciate very much your clear pronounciation . Greetings from Poland !
FWIW I lived in Allerton at the same time and was at school with John. The whole area was also my playground and of course I knew Strawberry Field home very well.
@@agustinkafka25 I was only at primary school (Dovedale) so I will never know. I would love to think so but we can never know. My gran met Paul once a week when he was about 7+ and my grandfather was Liverpool clerk of works for Allerton - and he had to select the road names, so I am one of 3 people who know how Forthlin road was named!
Hello, I'm currently working on a website about Penny Lane which is connected to a charity. I'd love to hear any stories you have about your school days with John or any memories you have of the area. Please let me know if this is something you'd be interested in.
@@stevejdigitalmarketing It sounds interesting. I was only 6 at the Primary school so my memories are minimal and I have no idea whether I ever knew John or George.
Very nice video! I visited last fall and loved Liverpool! My only other comment is you should have visited on a sunny day so you could be there beneath the blue suburbanly skies.
I moved to Liverpool from London early 1976, the estate agent where I got my apartment from was in Penny Lane. I left Liverpool in 1977 to go live in Melbourne.
Last week I started my walk of Penny Lane , from the nearby Sefton Park direction , and ended up at the junction of the bus shelter . It’s nice to take in the whole length of the Lane , as there is much there to observe too , rather than just stop off at the junction , ( which also has a recent John Lennon sculpture placed opposite the church ) . Beware of the Cruise ship tourists though , from their buses , taking lots of drippy , trippy Selfies 😂
@@agustinkafka25hi mate ! Have you seen the interview with the real trumpeter and how he was asked to contribute to the song , way back in those days of piecing it all together . It’s a good interview , I think his name was / Is , David Mason
