I went to Liverpool last Sept. 2022. My husband had stage 4 Kidney cancer, and unfortunately he passeed away Mother's Day weekend May 2023. We went to England, Wales, and Paris, France. I am a Beatles nut, but husband enjoyed Liverpool the most because of taxi drivers were very knowledable and enjoyable! Of course, dinner on the Seine river cruise is another moment that is will never forget and I am glad to have memories from that trip. Thank you for letting me see Liverpool again.

Yay!!! We lived there for a year with school age kids. It was the best! Love the Beetles and all the history. Most fun part was meeting life long Liverpudlians that lived through it all.

My Dad was a musician & my Mother is a massive music fan & both LOVED The Beatles which then meant I LOVE them & I’m so lucky because they collected & kept in pristine condition. Loads of memorabilia including a first edition Sergeant Pepper album that is completely still wrapped in cellophane, which means it still has all the cut outs that were inside which is rare because they were small pieces of cardboard lots of people lost them, so it’s red find one that still has everything
My brother got it valued with some of a star let’s just say we brought a safe to keep it in hahaha
Also, my birthday is the 28th of August which is bank holiday weekend and every year in Liverpool on that weekend. They do something called the Matthews Street festival where they have loads of Beatles cover bands as well as artists so we always go for my birthday 🎉

Thank you Chris...liked and joined and look forward to future videos. I saw The Beatles perform in 2 concerts....The Hollywood Bowl in L.A. and at a World's Fair Auditorium in Seattle Washington. I ran toward the stage on their final song and got to stand a few feet from John Lennon. I will never forget it. When he was murdered I spent a year in mourning. Still have trouble about it. Loved him. Love them all.
My favorite songs besides Michelle.. Is Blackbird , Dear prudence,all you need is love, hello goodbye yellow submarine. Bad day? Yell Yellow submarine. I like more those are my favourite! Love this!

Thanks for the Beatles Tour Chris! It's really cool to know they have this in England, something else to add to my bucket list. When I was growing up, I heard a few of The Beatles songs such as Yellow Submarine, She's Got A Ticket To Ride, etc... I will have to listen to more of their music. Liverpool looks like an awesome place in England to visit for once in a lifetime moments and I'm thinking of going to England for my 30th birthday. My grandmother & grandfather got to visit England at one point with a tour guide and they made some beautiful memories.

My Parents Just Celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary. When My Dad was around 18-19 years old, he was driving in his 1970 Ford Maverick and first saw my mom when she was 17 years old in fact at the time walking home from college classes on the sidewalk. And at that moment when he drove past her, I saw her standing there started playing on the radio!!
Well, she was just seventeen

My parents' wedding song is 'Something'. When they came to visit my while I was living in the UK, I took them to Liverpool to do all the Beatles things. As we walked into the Cavern, 'Something' started to play. One of those perfect moments. Liverpool itself is a great city full of personality.
So sad Amanda skipped this. An Important part of the UK's History, too. Thanks Chris!
Actual Fact: Those Rickenbacker guitars that the Beatles played where not made in England, or Germany like many people think. The Rickenbacker company is located in Santa Ana (Orange County), California!

My favorite besides 1980s heavy metal Is 1980s British invasion especially Duran Duran. However I remember the day John Lennon passed. Even at Age ten I was into the Beatles.

So if you would have looked at the Penny Lane sign closely that was Paul's signature from when he was with James Corden car karaoke. They stopped there & he showed James the sign & then signed it. He made the joke that no one would know he signed it. You should watch it, the show was so good.

Didn't get to Liverpool when I was in the UK but did a Beatles tour in London which included Abby Road studio, the zebra crossing, there homes and some of their hangouts. Next time I will go to Liverpool. Thank you for the tour.

My very first record album I bought with my own money was..Something New...played it so much on the old 60's era stereo..that it wore the grooves...the tone arm had a weight of about 20 pounds bak then...Love me do and other music from them floats though my heart and mind alot in my life.
When I was in England, I did not go to LIverpool because I wanted time to explore Wales..where my family came from...so thank you for taking us along..really enjoyed it.

I went to all these exact places last year. Because COVID was still a thing we had what seemed like the whole city to ourselves. I can't believe how busy it all looks in this video compared to when we were there.
I just got back from visiting London! I wish I could have gone to see Liverpool, but we ran out of time. 😔 I get to see Abby Road Studio, which was pretty cool. 🙂 And the street where the iconic Beatles's album cover was taken is actually just a couple of houses down. It's a lovely neighborhood and I hope you get to see it, Chris, since you love the Beatles music! It's a piece of history, just like their childhood homes in Liverpool! 😊

Thanks for the tour. I love The Beatles too. Discovered their music in 7th grade and never looked back. They inspired me to learn to play guitar. Lived in England for 5 years, but unfortunately, never got to Liverpool.

I love the Beatles, ever since I was a teenager. The Vegas store is the only official licensed Beatles store in the United States. Paul McCartney will not ever sell patches or stickers in his stores. I would love to make it to Liverpool someday.❤

I dont know if you know this but in Switzerland there is a village called lauterbrunnen they have a waterfall there that you can walk behind it backside of water climb in the mountain to see that I know this from watching you tube

Gonna be honest, I got distracted during the first bit when Chris passed by a sign that said Humped Zebra Crossing. I'm still wondering what is meant by a humped zebra... Actually looked it up before posting, and it's a striped speed bump. We have those in the US and I vote we use this terminology.

Liverpool used to be one of the worst places in the U.K. The docks area and others were slums and rough. It was due to the Beatles that it was revived, based upon tourist dollars. But back in the 70's thru even the 90's it wasn't a very good place to be.
