Play it at 0.25X you'll notice the 5 of heart is hidden under the other card (by using magnet) 1:14. look at the edges of the card. The bottle that he place into the box, will be hidden and will be replaced by a another bottle with the forced card. It's a special box
Shin Lim just forced the four of spades in her with that fancy move with the deck. I'm only average when it comes to manipulating cards, nowhere the skill level of Shin Lim (not even in the same universe LOL), but even I could have easily forced that card. The only way to guarantee a free selection of a card is for the spectator to remove the card from the deck. By the way, if you return a card to the deck while the Magician is holding the deck, he will know exactly where it is and can control it to any spot in the deck he wants.
An excellent inspiring artistic magician (Shin Lim), with one of the lamest with very non innocent probs, and famous for his cheesy fake lame "dangerous escape" acts. Shin works so hard to achieve an out of this world slight of hand.. The other just uses probs , non innocent ones, in almost ALL of his performances. like the probs you get from the magic shop, but on a larger scale... The skill difference is huge between the two, i feel bad for Shin as he was put in the same box with Darcy , as if " we got two great magicians here".. Also this Host always looks away, and commentators complained about that before.
I am so glad Shim told her to pay attention the trouble with these celebrities is they want all the attention on them all the time when they should shut up and watch what their guest is doing AND STOP TALKING .

At 1:16 you can see 1 of 2 "cards" is actually thicker in size. 1 is a normal thickness and the other is about 1 and 1/2 thick.
