If y’all are struggling a lot I recommend trying to learn classical music first. The tutorials are a lot better, the TH-camrs aren’t hustling their courses, and they teach you the fundamentals of music. I learned that classical music is a lot more complex than most modern music which made modern music a breeze to understand modern music. I recommend using musescore free notation software. I’m watching this because now I want to transfer those skills over to hip hop and electronic music, obviously classical music doesn’t have 808’s so I’m trying to find what systems to use, that’s why I’m here if that part confused you. Edit: Not throwing shade of any kind on this video specifically, thought it was great, I just meant the hip hop beat making scene in general, im telling you after months of trying I didn’t get anywhere trying to learn through tutorials and then after a week of learning classical it all clicked.

How do you have the audio recorded when you are just going through the samples on the sidebar with out it being in the arrangement view? A lot of times the publishers will just take a portion of his royalties, same on youtube. Clearing samples like those would be tuff
