That's why I love DVDs -- you can buy a movie, and keep it, and it doesn't suddenly disappear after a limited time. Better still, you only have to pay for it ONCE, instead of paying a subscription fee every month on the off-chance you MIGHT watch it again. 😉
As a recent Muppet fan to me the Muppets will always be one of those timeless series that people of all ages can enjoy I still think they do a all with Kermit and friends so whatever plans they have for them i’m looking forward to it.
I think one of Disney's mistakes is always trying to do sonething over the top with them. Yes, they're chaotic a lot of the time, but there's a lot of quieter moments too that round them out, like when Kermit talks to himself in the desert or when everyone temporarily splits up in Muppets Take Manhattan. I want more of those kinds of Muppet moments and unfortunately I dont think Disney is capable of any kind of sincerity anymore. What makes The Muppets themselves, imo, is that they're essentially a community theater troope who stays together because they like to put on shows despite the ups and downs. Except for Miss Piggy, they're fairly humble characters, and Disney doesn't get it.
I just hope we get another big muppets series or movie that will spawn several other great muppet projects. The muppets have been there for me through thick and thin. I remember putting on the original muppet series DVD and being transported to a world of laughs and mayhem that I was never tired of seeing them. I just want to relive that magic and the 2011 and 2014 ones were the closest I’ve seen. There was a flicker of hope with the abc one as well but we know where that went. Anyways great video.
I agree wholeheartedly. Adam F. Goldberg, a co-creator of The Muppets Mayhem, has been outspoken with hopes that this series will spawn a Muppet cinematic universe next, with future projects based on different characters. I really like the heart that he’s bringing to the franchise. One can hope!
I think I really would have enjoyed the Disney + series that never happened. I hope it does come back and get made, but I’m currently loving Muppets Mayhem, and listening to the record album a lot. (Several of the songs slap)
The album is honestly pretty dang fantastic from beginning to end. I especially love that the Disney thing they parodied in the series itself was completely averted. They make no effort to modernize the band, to make them cover popular current tunes, or saddle them with a 21st century sound. Everybody involved really understands what makes these characters and the band special, and I really appreciate that.
It would be great if Disney released more of their soundtracks on CD. I don't own a record player, and for some reason, I can't get Amazon Prime or streaming services to work on my computer.
Considering how many monsters, demons, ghosts, and goblins the Muppets have shown throughout the years, Im surprised they haven't done more Halloween stuff. The Muppets Haunted Mansion worked rather well, and I think they could do more with the genre.
I don't know if it would have worked with the Muppets, but the score of Rodgers & Hammerstein's *Pipe Dream* is actually quite wonderful. A more obvious Broadway musical to adapt as a vehicle for the Muppets, though, would be *Carnival,* in which puppet characters are central to the plot.
...I had no idea this was your first video. It honestly comes off like it was made by someone who has a lot more experience and been around a lot longer. Good job.
The Cheapest Muppet Movie and The Next Muppet Movie would've been extremely phenomenal. And yes, I'd take them over the 2011 movie. Sure, they wouldn't be as emotional as that film was but it definitely would've been funnier and more in the lines of the first three movies. Anyways, I just discovered your channel and was surprised there's not that much. I hope you make more stuff like these because this was phenomenally well made and a lot of great research. I wish you the best luck for what's to come, and keep up the good work.
I adore the Muppets, I grew up watching the show, then the movies and all the spin-offs, I think that Jim Henson was a genius as were all the cast and crew that made the Muppets what they are (Not so much some of the ones in the last handful of years, though The Muppets and Muppets Most Wanted were fun). Gonzo has been one of my favorites since the beginning, so when Muppets from Space came out, I drank it up! I love that movie so much, I relate to it and to Gonzo, never really feeling quite a part of life, always being the outsider, being the weird one in both family and friend circles. So that movie touched me in a really deep way, and I do tear up still even after watching and rewatching it for years. It will always hold a very special place in my heart.
It’s so funny that Muppets In Space is something that was actually written cuz I was thinking about trying to write it as a sequel to Muppets From Space😂
Great video!! I was surprised when I went looking and didn't find too many solid Muppets docu-videos on youtube, and almost no coverage of post-Henson projects. Thanks for making this! Hoping to see more from the channel :)
I loved how much information was in this video, and the amount of video content that matches the movies (that never happened) is just amazing. Thank you for assembling this!
The Jim Henson Company was planning a bunch of Muppet movies and specials during the early 2000s around the show’s silver anniversary, but they all got cancelled due to the failure of Muppets From Space and Elmo in Grouchland.
Also didn’t help that they were bought by a German company in 2000, then five seconds later, that company went near bankrupt, put Henson up for sale for almost two years (within that time 9/11 and the Wars on Terror occurred), before finally selling it back to the Hensons, who in turn sold the Muppets to Disney. Tumultuous four years in Muppet history.
I’m gonna have to rewatch the muppets wizard of oz because the sentiment seems to be really negative but I LOVED it as a kid- great video, shocked it’s your first! Will continue to watch :)
wow this is ! wow !! this video deserves so much love ! it is so well made and about the best franchise ever… the muppets ! please continue making these awesome videos
Muppet Monster Adventure was one of my absolute favourite PS1 games growing up. Knowing that it was originally going to be a different form of media makes it all the more intruiging.
Personally, I'm kind of bummed that they didn't continue on the adaptations of literary classics that they had with Christmas Carol and Treasure Island. Those movies were my childhood introduction to both stories and Treasure Island was my introduction to The Muppets to boot. To this day, when I think of the character Long John Silver, I automatically picture Tim Curry's version of the character.
I had no idea this was your first video until I read the pinned comment! It’s so professional, but not soulless. I adored it, and will for sure tune into other Muppets-related videos!
Great first video! It’s like you’ve been doing this for years. I wanted to see what your other videos were and I was surprised to see that there weren’t anymore!
I’d love to see an awesome Muppets movie musical comedy from Disney and Jim Henson productions as part of a collaboration with original music by Marc Shaiman that’ll be worthy of some Academy Awards!
I would love to see the cheapest muppet movie ever made, that sounds hilarious!! Hopefully Disney figures out what to do with the muppets and actually hire some good human actors for the next movie
That moment when you realize that there have been *more* canceled Muppet projects than there have been completed muppet projects - and that Henson sold to Disney to *avoid* constantly having to shelve projects - *only for Disney to end up shelving even more* xD
This is a great first video. You've already set the algorithm on fire. It's not often I get recommended someone's very first video. Either you cheated the system, and completely manipulated the AI, or you got very, very lucky. But if you keep it up with this level of quality video (hopefully about more than just the Muppets), than you'll become bigger than Mr beast in no time, and you'll completely forget about all the little people who got you there.
No AI here, I'm just as surprised as you are. I have been creating content for many years on other channels, but this is my first video essay and I made it out of pure passion. Maybe there is still hope in this mad, algorithm-driven world! Thanks for the comment and thanks for being here.
I would have loved to see the Cheapest Muppet Movie Ever Made. That title alone makes it sound like a good time. I wouldn’t be surprised if Muppets in Space was picked back up under a different name, since Disney owns Star Wars and has been known to self-parody in the Plus era. … also the muppets interacting with the teletubbies as a scene in a movie sounds oddly adorable and I’m curious as to what the script could have been between them. I see a lot of good potential for good scenes and jokes there.
Really great work, I loved everything about this video! Also, The holy trinity you mentioned in the beginning are legit cinematic masterpieces. All three of those films hold up, and I still watch them often.
In December of 2020, I had the pleasure of speaking with Brian Lynch in regards to The Next Muppet Movie's script over on Twitter. One of the few details he divulged to me was that the audition scenes in which Kermit found the more obscure Muppets was to involve "Muppets that hadn't been seen or heard from in decades." I had questioned those cameos meant going all the way back to the days of the vintage Jim Henson commercials of the 1960s or even Sam & Friends-- but Lynch did confirm that the cameos weren't going to consist of Muppets from that far back. Aside from that, he didn't reveal much else. I personally think they should've gone with this movie in 1998-99 instead of Muppets From Space.
For that Muppet Avengers crossover, I'm thinking Kermit would fit better for Captain America, and Animal would be Hulk. I would also love to see the Swedish Chef as Thor, Gonzo as Iron Man, Scooter as Hawkeye, Fozzie as Nick Fury, Janice as Black Widow, Miss Piggy as Captain Marvel, Bunson as Vision, and Rizzo as Ant-Man, and I'm thinking that the title would either be called “The Muppet Avengers” or “A MARVELous Muppets Adventure to Save the World.” As for the storyline, I’m thinking that after a successive show, the Muppets discover Beaker has been kidnapped by a mysterious supervillain who is trying to destroy their theatre, and that they discover a music box that turns them into the Avengers; Kermit becomes Captain America by wielding a Vibranium shield, Gonzo gets equipped with an Iron Man suit, the Swedish Chef is able to wield Thor's hammer, and Fozzie becomes the new director of SHIELD, and they all unexpectedly join forces with the Avengers. It is up to the two heroic teams to save Beaker from this mysterious villain before their theatre gets destroyed.
I wanna see these Muppet movies created for Disney+! - Muppet Fairytale Classics (similar to Muppet Classic Theater, but as movie created exclusively for Disney+) - The Muppets Arabian Nights (a Muppets version of the Arabian Nights stories) - Muppet Robin Hood - Muppets in Camelot
as someone who actually loves the 2011 movie, it's very interesting to see how the bones of the plot were kind of all gathered from cancelled or never utilized movies,,, i had man or muppet as my ringtone for like. a year,, but i will admit that some of those other movies seemed really interesting
Wow just Wow!!!! Just stumbled on this lovely treasure of a video on my timeline this morning. This was a great episode on muppet history. Growing up watching the muppets. I think the robin hood version of the muppets sounded like it would've been a fun film to make, especially with miss piggy playing two roles part. I also loved both movies that the 2010's gave us especially the addition of fun Walter into the gang. I just hope we get to see another theatrical film with the muppets again hopefully someday. Thanks for this video and can't wait for what ya create next
I would still love to see "The Cheapest Muppet Movie" get made someday - maybe make it a TV special instead, so you have an additional joke with Gonzo being warned that they need to cut out a few sequences to fit the timeslot and he cuts the film in really weird places so the story ends up making even less sense! Having a film or special starring the less famous Muppets and one with superheroes played by Henson puppets (not necessarily the Muppets) would be fun too.
if you ask me they need to bring some of these movies back and put them in theaters or on Disney+ because we haven't got any Muppet content in like years
One Muppet movie I dream about is a version of Alice in Wnderland and Through the Looking Glass combined and have Muppet characters from all sorts of Henson Studio creations such as Marjory the Garbage Heap and Oscar. Annie Sue is the White Queen, Scooter is the Duke (the Dutchess) with the Swedish Chef being his cook, and Waldorf and Stanler are Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum and heckle everyone as they always do. Even the Dodo family from Follow That Bird makes a cameo during the race scene.
Oh hey, that’s my muppet show theme song karaoke track in your intro! I must have recorded that over a decade ago, I’m glad you liked it! I casually clicked on this video, so you’d imagine my shock when I heard it and thought, “I know that specific recording!” 😂 Let me know if you ever need more music!
Another unknown writer wrote a screenplay about a doorway in the Muppet Studio that transported between the present and the 1970s Muppet show. Was turned down because they already had a time travel script.
What's upsetting to me, is because of Copyright issues, we'll never get to have that Muppet Christmas Special Crossover episode they did with Sesame Street and Fraggle Rock on DVD
The Muppets franchise was a lot better prior to the Disney buyout when Sony was distributing most of the films. It was clear that Jim Henson was very anxious about the Disney negotiations and the fact that Jeffery Katzenburg and Michael Eisner were practically breathing in his ears about a potential buyout. Frank Oz even thinks that the stress over the Disney buyout is what killed Jim. When you consider Jim’s stress that came with this Disney buyout, I believe that sticking to Sony Pictures as the Muppet’s primary distributor would have been a much better decision. The relationship between the two entities started with Muppets take Manhattan, and it was clearly working. But no.
That’s an interesting point. I would argue that a lot of their longevity is owed to Disney, however you feel about the recent projects. I think Kermit’s Swamp Years and A Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie (and that naked Animal merch) show where the direction of the Muppets was headed with Sony. Perhaps without the massive success of their 2011 theatrical return, their relevancy would be a bit more boiled down to a thing of the past.
Cripes, every time I hear about Disney buying out something I love, I get nervous. The very worst instance I ever heard of was when Walt himself and his goons kept pestering the author P. L. Travers for the rights to a Mary Poppins movie, and she kept turning them down because she was afraid they'd mess it up. After YEARS of badgering, she finally gave in, they made a "Mary Poppins" movie, she hated it, and spent the rest of her life denouncing Walt and the Disney Corporation for ruining her character . . . . . . But that's not the worst part. The worst part is, the Disney Corp. waited until after she died -- so she couldn't defend herself or set the record straight, natch -- to make a smear film called "Saving Mr. Banks," in which Kindly Old Uncle Walt (who loves absolutely everyone), calmly, gently, and caringly talks the shrill, stubborn, emotionaly damaged Travers into making the Mary Poppins movie, purely so he could bring joy to the children of the world. 🤮🤮🤮 Typical Hollywood history-rewriting.
I love and respect Frank Oz, but blaming “the stress of the Disney deal” for Jim’s death is dubious. Jim Henson was a grown man. He wanted to sell the company to Disney. Disney, or whatever “stress” came with a $150 million business deal, did not kill Jim Henson. An untreated bacterial infection that ravaged his body in a matter of days is what killed him. As for Sony, the Muppets Take Manhattan came out in ‘84 (before TriStar was even owned by Sony). Sony and Henson formed Jim Henson Pictures in the mid-90s. Three pictures came out of that-Buddy, MFS, and Grouchland-they all BOMBED. Though I guess Sony had some success distributing Henson stuff on video during that same period. In ‘03, when Henson was up for sale by EMTV, Sony was reportedly bankrolling a bid for Henson by Classic Media (now DreamWorks Classics) and Sesame Workshop, but that was thwarted when the Hensons stepped in.
@@MuppetCore I don't know where you're coming with this "grown man" nonsense, like grown men shouldn't ever have emotions when their entire life's legacy is being aggressively bought out from under them by a rapacious company that screws up every property it buys from the original creators. imo, disney should've combined their "live action" remakes from the 2010s with the muppets. at least with the muppet projects, they get actors who can actually sing
That would be fun, i’d love to see the muppets do renditions of different Disney movies like what they did with Treasure Island (even though that wasn’t made by Disney, I think).
Interestingly enough, the monster movie was not the only one that got turned into a game: there is a GBA game called Spy Muppets: License to Croak that's probably based on that spy movie concept that got cancelled, and in the game The Muppets: On with the Show, there is a minigame that takes place in Camelot
I can’t believe I blanked on License to Croak - that may be the one true missing piece from the titles presented here! Good on you for the attention to detail.

Out-filthyword-STANDing video! Thank you! Subbed, and already looking forward to the next one. Considering 1) it's been done before and proven popular, 2) there's already some crossover in the cast, and 3) the Evil Disney Empire owns both properties, anyway . . . more crossover stuff with "Star Wars." SCENE: Interior, Jabba's throne room, early evening. Assorted weird aliens -- some established "Star Wars" characters, some well-known Muppets or Koozebanians -- are milling about while the Max Rebo Band and The Electric Mayhem are engaged in a low-key jam session. The camera slow-zooms in on a dark and secluded corner, where stands a terrifying yellow-and-green alien headhunter that's a cross between a flatworm and a gibbon, holding a staff of grisly trophies. He is flanked by two small, pink cowlike alien Muppets with fishlike lips. A green, bug-eyed alien approaches the headhunter. Beedo [to Headhunter, pointing at Muppets]: When did you get pets? Headhunter: I didn't. I just can't get them to stop hanging around near me. Beedo: What, do they think you're their mother, or something? Headhunter: I don't know. But they wait until someone says my name, and then . . . [Shudders and grimaces] Beedo: Your name? Why, what happens when someone says "Amanaman"? Snowths: Doot DOO doo doo-doo! Amanaman [sneering]: . . . That.

I ADORE Muppets from Space. It has a kickin' soundtrack, funny scenes, and more Gonzo!
Same! It’s a bizarre timestamp in their history, but a delight. I’m grateful it wasn’t their last though.
I agree. Muppets from Space is the most underrated Muppet movie IMO.
I think I really would have enjoyed the Disney + series that never happened. I hope it does come back and get made, but I’m currently loving Muppets Mayhem, and listening to the record album a lot. (Several of the songs slap)
The theme song alone may be the catchiest tune of the year.
@@Beedo_Sookcool I just want “Ol’ Brown Ears is Back” to get a rerelease.
Considering how many monsters, demons, ghosts, and goblins the Muppets have shown throughout the years, Im surprised they haven't done more Halloween stuff. The Muppets Haunted Mansion worked rather well, and I think they could do more with the genre.
I so wish I could have seen that Muppets movie starring The Muppets, Sesame Street AND The Teletubbies.
Excellent and wonderful video here. The first Muppet Movie will always be a classic and terrific film ever. That's for sure!
Why thanks! Agreed.
@@retroruckus You're welcome! :)
hope this channel makes it big. excellent work
Thanks, means a lot!
...I had no idea this was your first video. It honestly comes off like it was made by someone who has a lot more experience and been around a lot longer. Good job.
The Cheapest Muppet Movie sounds absolutely amazing and it seems like it would be more relevant now than ever before.
Ah, thanks!
The Jim Henson Company was planning a bunch of Muppet movies and specials during the early 2000s around the show’s silver anniversary, but they all got cancelled due to the failure of Muppets From Space and Elmo in Grouchland.
That’s too bad.
Yeah that’s just a shame and missed opportunities that could’ve turned out great projects
That Muppets in Hamlet movie absolutely needs to happen....
I’m gonna have to rewatch the muppets wizard of oz because the sentiment seems to be really negative but I LOVED it as a kid- great video, shocked it’s your first! Will continue to watch :)
The funny thing about Muppets in Camelot is that there was a Simpsons Muppet parody with that premise, The Muppets go Medievil
wow this is ! wow !! this video deserves so much love ! it is so well made and about the best franchise ever… the muppets ! please continue making these awesome videos
Thank you for the kind words!
This is good work. Excellent content and editing! Excited to see where you go.
Thanks! Lots more to come.
A nice way to start your TH-cam channel. I'll be looking forward to some of your later material
The Muppet games on PS1 were actually quite good..
Wish they would remaster those games for modern platform.
Such great research, presentation, interest, humor, and narration! You have a subscriber!
Very good video, excellent visuals and narration.
When Muppets Attack is a genius idea from the ending alone.
I can't believe that Rogers and Hammerstein adapted a Steinbeck book into a musical and I only just know about it from you bringing it up...
How are you under 3k subs? What a hidden gem! I'm glad I found you before you blow up 💜
“I am not going to recap the plot of Hamlet, as I don’t have the patience”… OH MY GOD I COULDNT STOP LAUGHING
I hope they make a movie again 🙏 ❤ I love the Muppets sm
Took me about 10 seconds to subscribe. I love this!
I love how this is the only video on this channel. It’s so wholesome ❤
Thank you. Just getting started!
Best Muppet content I've seen all day!😆 I really enjoyed your editing, writing and sense of humor! Keep it up!💯
I really wanna see The Cheapest Muppet Movie Ever Made come to fruition someday…
that last bit was beautiful
In December of 2020, I had the pleasure of speaking with Brian Lynch in regards to The Next Muppet Movie's script over on Twitter. One of the few details he divulged to me was that the audition scenes in which Kermit found the more obscure Muppets was to involve "Muppets that hadn't been seen or heard from in decades."
I had questioned those cameos meant going all the way back to the days of the vintage Jim Henson commercials of the 1960s or even Sam & Friends-- but Lynch did confirm that the cameos weren't going to consist of Muppets from that far back. Aside from that, he didn't reveal much else. I personally think they should've gone with this movie in 1998-99 instead of Muppets From Space.
Great first video. You have a new subscriber in me and I'm looking forward to what else you end up producing.
I wish the next muppet movie happened that climax would have been glorious
For that Muppet Avengers crossover, I'm thinking Kermit would fit better for Captain America, and Animal would be Hulk.
I would also love to see the Swedish Chef as Thor, Gonzo as Iron Man, Scooter as Hawkeye, Fozzie as Nick Fury, Janice as Black Widow, Miss Piggy as Captain Marvel, Bunson as Vision, and Rizzo as Ant-Man, and I'm thinking that the title would either be called “The Muppet Avengers” or “A MARVELous Muppets Adventure to Save the World.”
As for the storyline, I’m thinking that after a successive show, the Muppets discover Beaker has been kidnapped by a mysterious supervillain who is trying to destroy their theatre, and that they discover a music box that turns them into the Avengers; Kermit becomes Captain America by wielding a Vibranium shield, Gonzo gets equipped with an Iron Man suit, the Swedish Chef is able to wield Thor's hammer, and Fozzie becomes the new director of SHIELD, and they all unexpectedly join forces with the Avengers. It is up to the two heroic teams to save Beaker from this mysterious villain before their theatre gets destroyed.
That sounds cool!
I really enjoyed this video and look forward to seeing more from you
Thank you, more on the way!
Very nice video for the Muppets’ legacy.
Also maybe it’s just me, but I think you sound a bit like Walter.
Haha!
Incredible video, person I’m particularly interested in the cheapest muppet movie ever made, sounds incredible
I wanna see these Muppet movies created for Disney+!
- Muppet Fairytale Classics (similar to Muppet Classic Theater, but as movie created exclusively for Disney+)
- The Muppets Arabian Nights (a Muppets version of the Arabian Nights stories)
- Muppet Robin Hood
- Muppets in Camelot
as someone who actually loves the 2011 movie, it's very interesting to see how the bones of the plot were kind of all gathered from cancelled or never utilized movies,,, i had man or muppet as my ringtone for like. a year,, but i will admit that some of those other movies seemed really interesting
Most of these failed projects sound awesome.
Thanks a bunch for the kind words. Glad it entertained!
I want The Next Muppet Movie now too. Give it to me Disney. Make it like it's 1997.
Excellent breakdown! Wish we got these failed projects, if only for having more Muppets in our life!
what an amazing first video! A great start to what I hope will be an amazing channel!
if you ask me they need to bring some of these movies back and put them in theaters or on Disney+ because we haven't got any Muppet content in like years
One Muppet movie I dream about is a version of Alice in Wnderland and Through the Looking Glass combined and have Muppet characters from all sorts of Henson Studio creations such as Marjory the Garbage Heap and Oscar.
Soonds good. I used to thing the garbage heap was a fever dream, I would definitely watch this.
That sounds awesome!
Haha, I’m glad you found it! I of course popped your name in the credits. Thanks for making quality, Muppety music!
Banger of a first video. Easy sub
I’d like to see the multiverse where Sony bought the Muppets instead of Disney.
Please don't ever volunteer for a self-harm prevention hotline.
Alot of those cancelled scripts sounded great
1. The Cheapest Muppet Movie ever made
2. Muppet Robin Hood
3. Muppet Camelot
4. Kermit Prince of Denmark
5. Muppet Time Machine
6. The Muppet Leave Hollywood
7. When Kermit meet Piggy
8. The next Muppet Movie
9. The Muppets Haunted Hotel
10. The Muppets Haunted House
11. Muppets in Space
12. Muppets 1776
13. The Muppets Save the World
14. Mission: Improable
15. Animal Origin Story
16. Muppets Las Vegas Adventure
That's shame that Disney couldn't release these movies. I wish the Muppets can make return. 🙏😇
imo, disney should've combined their "live action" remakes from the 2010s with the muppets. at least with the muppet projects, they get actors who can actually sing
Thanks. Great editing!
Great video, dude! I learned so much more about the lost Muppet films.... You inspired me!
awesome video it was so interesting to learn all about the failed projects
this was such a loving tribute to the muppets and a spark of hope for what else they can do
Thanks!
i'm really sad that people don't like Muppets from Space, it's one of my favorites
the original "cheapest muppet movie" looks hilarious.
A good overview to catch me up after losing track of them for a few decades
I honestly really recommend the 2011 movie. It's a great comeback film and is worth a watch for its Oscar-winning song alone.
Out-filthyword-STANDing video! Thank you! Subbed, and already looking forward to the next one.
Considering 1) it's been done before and proven popular, 2) there's already some crossover in the cast, and 3) the Evil Disney Empire owns both properties, anyway . . . more crossover stuff with "Star Wars."
SCENE: Interior, Jabba's throne room, early evening.
But they wait until someone says my name, and then . . . [Shudders and grimaces]
Beedo: Your name? Why, what happens when someone says "Amanaman"?
Snowths: Doot DOO doo doo-doo!
Amanaman [sneering]: . . . That.
We did get to get a taste of Muppets in Camelot on the Simpsons with Muppets Go Medieval. That could’ve been interesting
