I'm so happy that he says Shadow Realm too, everytime I use Cosmic and kill with a max charge punch, I just tell, "I HAVE SENT YOU TO THE SHADOW REALM!"

The trick to using cozmic is to utilize the 2nd charge punch more than the others, I feel like people use his weak 1st charge punch too much
Well if you use 3rd charge punch and then 2nd charge you can kill 125 health enemies insanely fast
EXPLODI FIER but you can kill quicker if you use the 45 damage punches, since they charge the fastest.

this character has a neat gimmick, it's just that he doesnt really have the damage to justify it
@RooByrne24 nah, Chomper is meant to be sneaky and ambush his prey, the fact he can eat zombies instantly is supposed to be a reward for having successfully sneaked behind your opponent, Cozmic Brainz should do around 35 with an uncharged punch, 50 with a mid charge, and 90 with a full charge, and maybe give him the ability to store his charge in the air again
@RooByrne24 thing is is that the idea is that if you let a Chomper sneak behind you that's your fault, not to mention that seems extremely OP, seeing as Superheroes are characters that revolve around charging straight on, it's not fair that the only thing he has to do is get close to you and you're dead

@RooByrne24 that's not a fault of the character, that's a fault of the game, and yes, you are correct, if Cozmic insta killed anyone more people would play him, because EVERYONE would play him, because why would anyone play any other character, if the only thing you have to do with Cozmic is hold RT for a bit, get close to a full health Torchwood, and kill them instantly

I mean iron citron aint that good when you dont have the 2 reload upgrades but when you get those 2 upgrades you will be in a mad kill streak

It simply the worst
With a damage upgrade, cozmic brainz can combo a full punch (77 damage) to a first charge punch (51 damage) to do 128 damage. Along with that, if you combo a full punch (77 damage) to a first charge punch (51 damage) then to a no charge punch (22 damage) you do exactly 150 damage, 1 shooting a corn or metal petal.
I feel like every "worst character" is good but the second you turn to someone like Cosmic or Electro Citron the line between not the best and bad is super apparent.

i dont get why chars that have to charge their attack like Cosmic and Ecitron are shit on so much, you can basically 2 shot any zombie with both and they really arent that bad

I’m not sure why wolfy talks up cozmic’s bean doing 1, when most other sb beams go down to that as well
Yeah I've never understood that either. Sure Cozmic's are individual shots rather than a constant beam so he has the worst damage at range but given how fast they overheat the rest ain't taking more than 20HP away.

Here's a tip for SB: start your fights with turbo twister. It might not do a lot of damage, but it can damage multiple plants and make them easier to vanquish. It also reduces damage taken by half. use it on a critically low health enemy
If they have a nec rose, it becomes USELESS
And if it’s not a necrosis it’s a good combo

i think cosmic brainz is good because he's really fun to play which allows to use his full potential
I think anyone who thinks Cosmic is bad is mainly because of a skill issue. And I don't mean that in a insulting way like I'm dead serious. This SB u actually have to play right and you'll be unstoppable. I got a 65 kill game with this man and got proof. Love cosmic. Wolfy kinda made me hate him, but that's how most of the hate came to cosmic. His beam isn't even bad either it can hit 12 at close range which is amazing
exactly. people play him, get 2 kills, die, then say he sucks and never use him again. like e-citron you have to use him right and if you do he is very rewarding
Personally I don’t think cosmic is bad. Sure his projectile sucks, but that’s basically every SB. He’s not toxic brains op, but definitely not trash. I like his outfit and gimmicks and with enough practice on charges you could get a 20 bomb, he’s kinda like plasma pea in that regard

Charge the punch and then dash, you keep some of it, it has helped me whilst I tried him
I will never understand why THEY GAVE A MELEE CHARACTER A CHARGED PRIMARY ATTACK
You should make a tier list with each category being a type of class, and rank each class with the character types. For example, soldier would have maybe Arctic trooper, foot soldier, or super commando at the top with maybe centurion at the bottom with general supremo in the middle. But with doing every character.

When I got this game the first character I got was cosmic and I played the heel out of him and thought he was the best character in the game then I unlocked a different character and regretted mastering him

I think the biggest problem with he is the heroic kick is good for mobility but it removes the fully charged punch so approaching people is kinda hard
Man, this character used to be fun as hell back when his ranged attack was usable. If they'd have just fixed the bs corner glitch I think he would've been perfectly fine balance-wise.

I’ve never died to a cosmic brain before as all you haft to do is walk 3 feet away and then there punch is useless and the Lazars explain them self ( they hit like throwing pebbles to a giant)

This guy has a glitch which is easy to pull off, where you charge up your shot and then you instantly get the next one. If you pull it off, it is bascically his non charged punch rate but it does 70 damage
Breakfast brainz is easily the worst superbrainz. In my opinion cosmic is the most underrated zombie. That and regular sb and rugby
Honestly the reason i agree with wolfy on that Cosmo brainz SUCKS is that his cosmo shot burns out way to quick and his punching also sucks and i literally just got him promoted for the 20k then just stop playing him all together.
When you hit them with a fully charged shot they get sucked into a black hole and are unrevivible.
The really sad thing about me is I use him and electro Citron not even for the memes

You should be able to get your full charge back if you charge it up and kill the plant with that punch, it would be a nice thing to have
Just say that cosmic brainz is just ridiculous to play when you don't have a good connection
Cozmic is the most fun out of all the bad characters. Electro Citron gets tedious and boring really quickly, Armor Chomper--by virtue of being a Chomper--is very painful, AC Perry is far too laborious, and Camo Cactus has just about no good qualities.

I know im very late but since the game isnt gonna be updated and no changes are going to happen here's my opinion:
I enjoy playing Cosmic Brains more than Electro Brains.
Like a commenter has said, Cosmic Brains is potentialy one of if not the best hit and run character in the game as with a combo with a fully charged punch with the 2nd charge will erase any 125 hp plant in the game with damage upgrade and if you dont have it a simple lv 1 boop will do the trick. Of course this is considering if you get the drop on the enemy, if not just spam the 2nd charge punches until the enemy is dead. Unlike other SBs (except Breakfast) he can keep a constant and reliable amount of damage unlike Electro Brains as the 5 punches don't do much individualy and must relly on hitting them all in a row to do good damage. I do not recommend trying to send the enemy into the shadow realm if you've already engaged in combat and dont have cover around for you as the lv 3 charge takes too long and you could get yourself killed by the time it's charged.
The only problem I have it applies to the other SBs, the beam nerf was too harsh and I think that the damage fall off should've been enough but the overheating is way too much.

Wolfy ACTUALLY plays as a character that he haven't mastered....

I understand popcap tried to make super brainz a brawler than a long range character but honestly the overheat and the massive damage reduction was completely unnecessary. At least, do it on characters that have little effort at being in close range like toxic brainz, cozmic brainz though he is a bit sucky close range so he and breakfast brainz shouldn't have been touched by the rework or better yet make their punches stronger and then nerf their beams. 10 damage on cozmic brainz is a little too much I would've made his 3rd charge punch deal 80 instead of 70 and then reduce the beam from 10 to 5 for long range. For breakfast brainz, I would've made his punches or slaps in this case from 6 to 8 and then make his waffles do 2 at long range.
What if you wanted to play as a zombie but god said “there are too many players on the other team”
My Highest Vanquishes in a match is 82 with Cosmic Brainz and that pisses me off because I can't get more Vanquishes using my Favorite Character in the game Toxic Brainz
