My favorite all-star has been golf star ever since GW1, I've always been a fan of the good damage per hit ,rapid fire and doesn't overheat quickly. I've never been a fan of hockey star (despite having an even higher fire rate and overall dps) but from what I've remembered, hockey star always overheated too quickly.

Overall incredible game
Gene Peebody you cant win a gun fight only by jumping, you still have to shoot and are allowed to use abilities but if you struggle with hitting moving targets then dont play games where you can sprint

What we need for battle arena is casual or ranked mode, 1 new map, make the the small map 4 v 4 and then the big map 6 v 6 and then the huge map 6 v 6 as well. And also I think there should be private play for all the game modes. That would be amazing.
Reg all star has 97 dps compared to goalie with less than 70. All star also has over 50 dps at range. Goalie has less then that at range. Baseball does more up close but less at range compared to reg. Hockey has slightly less dps than reg, but has a way faster projectile and no gravity on his projectile.
"No gravity on his projectile" THAT'S WHAT I'M SAYING. That's why Hockey and Rugby are my personal favourites, and given Golf does have some gravity he's outperformed at range by Hockey.
I love all star and coming back to this video really makes me feel like i should play again, favourite ability is long bomb, by a land slide, so satisfying to land a long bomb on a poggo pea or a camping pea on time park as it goes far and fairly high.

Reg All Star's crosshair is way better than Cricket's as the oval shaped ones tend to be more accurate (plus reg essentially gets an iron sight in the middle, and the same applies to Rugby). However I'll definitely agree Cricket is the best in GW1 as fire characters are stupid powerful in that game
All star is good with most variants already but I'd say goalie stars team presence and staying power make him slightly better in the long run freezing ene,is makes it easier for your team aswell and makes you less likely to get hit which means more heal time so you can stay an aggresive blockade
I've never thought that much about the elemental All-Stars. And I'd say my top 3 are: 1) Hockey 2) All-Star 3) Rugby (None of these are in order and are based on my experiences with All-Star) The regular All-Star is overall a very good character with a consistent weapon, Hockey's DPS is ridiculous, and Rugby is very good if you can aim him well, and even if you can't, the splash damage can come in clutch, his only downside really being overheat. Edit: honourable mention to Golf Star. Now I know what you're thinking, but he's effectively a more accurate version of Hockey with a somewhat slower gun, and trust me, he's not as bad as he seems. Give him a try one day. (If Wrestling is a less extreme Rugby, Golf is a less extreme Hockey is what I'm trying to say)

I think hes kinda underrated. I think it's like moving over where I dont think hes the best but hes not the worst. Good damage good cooling. You cant really go wrong with an all star really.

I understand why you chose the three all stars you did, but I would still say it’s Cricket Star. Even though he’s not practical at long range, at medium range he hits 3 damage per shot + fire damage, and at close range he’s like an unkillable beast. Even though the bullets are slow firing, you just need to predict where your enemy will move (like with any rose) and they’re dead. Plus he’s more tankier than someone like hockey star.
what about rugby star? he does consistent damage with the explosive damage because if you keep missing direct hits then you can just aim at their feet. you can play him long, mid, or close range and still do a decent amount of damage, he can consistently hit multiple grouped up plants or a plant on its own because of explosive damage, and my personal favorite thing to do with rugby star, you can harass plants hiding around corners with the explosive damage and possibly finish them off.
Ok, I've got a few things to say here. Tennis Star didn't get nerfed into the floor; he's still up there. He hits 7 damage up close and is still faster. Rugby Star hits the hardest out of any All Star. I was playing around with Cricket earlier, and I've found fire damage more efficient than freezing. I dropped 28 kills flawless in Tactical Team-up with Cricket. I'd say it's one of those 3, though it is a very tough choice.

Try also firing against enemies with armor or against Citron's Shield, it always shows 8 and 5, 8 and 5, nothing more. I may be wrong, but that's what it looks like.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Wrestling actually hits more than Rugby, Rugby hits with 12 while Wrest hits with 18 (both without upgrades).
