Using a 13mm socket to remove the pins made ALL THE DIFFERENCE!! Thanks for suggesting this and THANK YOU for this video!! I was able to change out my shock absorbers!!
You can check the shocks visually for any damaged or worn spots. You can also check the leveling legs for damage and make sure they are installed properly and not loose. Check that the machine is level and check the balance ring at the top of the basket, if you have a top load. If everything checks ok and the unit is not being overloaded and your unit is still vibrating or shaking a lot then the shocks will need to be replaced.

For my LG I needed a 15mm socket on the rear. But this tip saved my booty.
