i am show about making powerful brushless dc motor. this motor consist of 3 pole copper coil used. the neodymium magnet rotated on high speed. basically this motor consist of 12v current only.

60,000÷5=12,000rpm
The tachometer uses light pulses reflected back from the blades to count rpm so you divide the the number by the number of blades to get rpm. 12k is still a impressive number for something that was not dynamically balanced.

This is an amazing demonstration! You do realise though, that you have to divide the measurement with the number of fans to get the real rpm. That gives about 12000 rpm, which is still huge! I wonder how this thing is not just destroyed by the vibrations.
yep is huge, angle grinders works at that speed, and they are dangerous. that little propeller is not that dangerous, but at that speed may cut you without doubt.

It's the same thing you r doing buying parts into broken piece..
by the time you made an actually usefull prototype with solid mounts, perfectly balanced and heat resistant, you might have spent as much money on it as a comercial one with the desired capacity would cost. for a bike try to salvage an car alternator, these are basically an bldc with an excitable magnetic field as rotor which you could replace with magnets if you want to reduce complexity.

не. там получается 6000. лопасти широкие, и просветы широкие. тахометр регит изменения. в итоге 60к делим на 10

This motor cannot handle that rpm anyway. If this motor does work, it would break over 2200 rpm so 6000rpm is way too much.

Having trouble figuring out how two randomly hot glued together neo-mags just happen to perfectly align and balance at the same time all while being able to somehow hold together (glued) at 12,000rpm without flying apart... amazing magic trick? Maybe just lucky af.

При 60k RPM этот пропеллер разлетелся бы на куски, и подшипники скорей всего бы нагрелись так, что расплавилось бы место посадки.
12 000 RPM - так как 5 лопастей у пропеллера и их прерывание прибор считает
У машин максимум 7 тыс оборотов
Там бы был бы пипец

@@Ximera20 чудеса монтажа, фейком попахивает. И да, мерить обороты по лопастям, это абсурд.
фейком начало пахнуть, когда он показал пвх трубку (не нуждается в комментариях). Потом - когда делал намотку на едва вкрученные в пвх болты (с каждым витком болты изменяют своё положение и, в конце концов, вывалились бы из трубки). И третье - вибрация на 12к оборотах такая (напомню, что всё сделано на коленке и ни о какой балансировке речи идти не может), что всё разлетиться к чертям, а подшипники - в первую очередь, так как они не расчитаны на такие обороты.
@@horhegarsia4221 все через жопу сделано, отверстия не соостны, вообще не факт что он без сердечника заработает. Я думаю, что он запихал внутрь маленький моторчик с алиэкспресса.

if that thing was at 60,000 rpm those plastic blades would had exploded instantly
It isn't 60000 rpm , The meter detects the difference in light so everytime a blade passes under it it counts it as 1 , the Round plastic Rotor had 5 blades so every 1 complete rotation is shown as 5 so 12000 x 5 = 60000 . Get it?

The fan you are using have 5 blades, the machine gun is counting them as ONE... So the actual speed is 60000 divided by 5.... It is 12000 rpm

What are you talking about? You put one reflector on one blade. The rpm meter can not detect fan blades. It needs something to reflect the beam back. Listen, didn't you know that human beings have not and by definition can not measure the speed of photons one way? Did you know that? We can only measure the speed of the photon from point A to B and back to Point A. It is a round trip. Anyway, you need a proper reflector, ideally a mirror or something roughly equivalent to it. Highway patrol using laser at a car is on its metal body... Anyway, I am done with this, wearing out my fingers.
