In this video I am gonna show you "How To Make Brushless DC Motor At Home From DVD Player Motor". I have made this homemade brushless dc motor using DVD player's DC motor, this homemade brushless DC motor is very easy to make and anyone can make it at home. Usually Brushless DC motors are very expensive in market so its better to build BLDC motor at home .This brushless DC motor or you can say BLDC motor is very powerful and i have made it very precisely .
This homemade Brushless DC motor looks very similar to the BLDC motor purchased from market.
This homemade Brushless DC Motor is very fast and its RPM is almost 10000 . This homemade BLDC motor is so powerful that you can use it for making RC plane , RC drone and RC boat. This motor is exactly like drone motor. The materials i used for making this BLDC Motor are easily available. The cost of making this homemade BLDC motor is very cheap. So this video is all about "How To Make Drone Motor" .

Aap ke hard work ko Salam hai, One problem in this motor is that, it can not tolerate vibrations.
Outer assembly is loosely attached and it can't take higher load. It would be best if only shaft rotate rather than the whole assembly. Poor Designing.
