No criminal record. Its a ticket not a crime. Traffic infractions are not crimes unless they are VERY serious. Most often not criminal proceedings.
@@KlodFather it depends on which state it is done and how serious the bodily injuries are for the victims. It can start at a third-degree misdemeanor and it can get to a felony depending on how serious the injuries are.

I watch these EVERY. DAY. And I’m sure many of you do too. But #3 is the WORST ONE I have ever seen. I felt like I was witnessing a private moment of someone consciously committing a horrible act that I shouldn’t have seen because the worst thing I’ve probably ever done is maybe cheat on a test. Like the way he’s casually so okay with hurting someone or causing financial burden for someone else, that he himself said even he couldn’t handle, is so inhumane to me.

Of course there are more accidents in California by number because it is the most populous state but adjusted for population California does not have the highest accident rate. And it’s not a political thing because many red states have worse accident rates than California.
