I was curious too, geoguessr'd the spot, and believe it or not its actually a fairly normal intersection. The lights are clearly visible from 100 yrds away, no misleading signs, so it really is just terrible drivers.
That intersection that had the numerous red light runners seems to have the lights a little higher than the average stoplight. That could be the reason for the high number of accidents.

Sadly, the tow truck vs sedan in the Fresno friant and shepherd intersection from #16 was a fatality. The tow truck driver has been charged with 2 felonies; manslaughter while intoxicated & DUI (drugs). And of course, driving without a license & running a red light. And there's no issue with the road or intersection itself. It appears to be a lack of violation enforcement combined with distracted drivers.
Second clip, I think that’s San Marcos TX, not CA. Texas has their traffic signals horizontal while California does theirs vertically. But yeah, we also do have a San Marcos in the San Diego area, so I can see the confusion.
33 never swerve especially if you have a dash cam. You said yourself you watched him for 20 seconds with that blinker on, and he never moved there as soon as you start to speed up to pass and then he comes and he emerges had he hit you because you did not swerve out of the way they would’ve been found at fault for coming into your lane. That blinker was long enough to rule you did not think they were coming over because they had taken so long to come over you would not have been found at fault. now you are at fault because you swerved into somebody else regardless of what the meaning was you hit someone else so you are at fault for causing the accident
It clearly looks like the need to adjust the speed limit or put speed bumps or have police watching that intersection because at that rate at anytime there will be a fatality or several

#11 - horrendous display of defensive driving by both drivers. Cammer did have ROW to that lane, but should have anticipated the thru-traffic in the adjacent lane possibly doing exactly that. There's no reason she couldn't have checked up just a bit to stay behind the thru traffic and confirm what they were going to do before committing to trying to pass them. Likewise, the rear thru-traffic driver should have been paying better attention and should have anticipated a place like that being higher collision risk. It's possible a B-pillar and/or C-pillar blind spot might have contributed to. But not following the flatbed driver so closely so one actually has time to do an over the shoulder traffic check multiple times helps a lot too.

these videos amaze me; I'd say about 60-70% of the time the dashcammer is WRONG and then adds text to tell you why they think the other guy was at fault. Just because you have a dash cam does not make you an entitled snowflake

Sadly, the tow truck vs sedan in the Fresno friant and shepherd intersection from #16 was a fatality. The tow truck driver has been charged with 2 felonies; manslaughter while intoxicated & DUI (drugs). And of course, driving without a license & running a red light.
And there's no issue with the road or intersection itself. It appears to be a lack of violation enforcement combined with distracted drivers.
Second clip, I think that’s San Marcos TX, not CA. Texas has their traffic signals horizontal while California does theirs vertically. But yeah, we also do have a San Marcos in the San Diego area, so I can see the confusion.

Theres obviosuly something weird about that light in Fresno, that's a lot of people who miss that it's red. It's probably a funky corner or something
33 never swerve especially if you have a dash cam. You said yourself you watched him for 20 seconds with that blinker on, and he never moved there as soon as you start to speed up to pass and then he comes and he emerges had he hit you because you did not swerve out of the way they would’ve been found at fault for coming into your lane. That blinker was long enough to rule you did not think they were coming over because they had taken so long to come over you would not have been found at fault. now you are at fault because you swerved into somebody else regardless of what the meaning was you hit someone else so you are at fault for causing the accident
It clearly looks like the need to adjust the speed limit or put speed bumps or have police watching that intersection because at that rate at anytime there will be a fatality or several
If you mean that Fresno intersection, if I remember correctly people said that clip of a flatbed tow truck running the light and hitting a car was a fatality

Luckily we have no fault here in Quebec, with a government insurance on our license and registration - and a provincial health plan (injuries in road accidents are covered by the government auto insurance board.)

#33. If you Swerve to avoid an accident you legally must make sure its clear to do so, otherwise any accident that occurs from swerving is your fault, not the original person of why you were swerving, its better to just let them hit you or to stop not swerve dangerously otherwise you're at fault.

#11 - horrendous display of defensive driving by both drivers. Cammer did have ROW to that lane, but should have anticipated the thru-traffic in the adjacent lane possibly doing exactly that. There's no reason she couldn't have checked up just a bit to stay behind the thru traffic and confirm what they were going to do before committing to trying to pass them. Likewise, the rear thru-traffic driver should have been paying better attention and should have anticipated a place like that being higher collision risk. It's possible a B-pillar and/or C-pillar blind spot might have contributed to. But not following the flatbed driver so closely so one actually has time to do an over the shoulder traffic check multiple times helps a lot too.

'Black truck' driver at 3:30 should have his truck impounded and auctioned off AND lose his license. The white Lincoln #31 is really a ME ME ME driver. Driver at 19:00 what is with NOOOOO insurance. The passing truck driver at 19:34 needs to be put on medication because what ever he is on....isn't working. The staking driver of the SUV @ 35:09 needs the same thing. I have a lot of things to say about the drivers and cammers (home alone, tonight, and I love that this was a 41 minute video (Thank you). Just sayin'.

these videos amaze me; I'd say about 60-70% of the time the dashcammer is WRONG and then adds text to tell you why they think the other guy was at fault. Just because you have a dash cam does not make you an entitled snowflake
