Thank you very much. This is very helpful. Was it a battery backup sump pump (with a separate sump pump) or a sump pump backup battery? What I have is very similar to yours. I am trying to find out if mine is the former or the latter?

The power supply to my wifi module flashes red and beeps every 3-4 days for about 20 mins. I cannot figure out what it’s trying to tell me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So what if it isn’t beeping, but once you click and hold down the test pump button it beeps continuously and the system failure light turns red until you let go of the test pump button?

Yes you can just add water if the battery is not to old. Make sure that you use distilled water.

We have a watchdog with a maintenance free battery (no water needed). After testing the system and ensuring it works, the alarm started going off with a red indicator light on the "Pump Activated" area. Any suggestions on how to resolve the beeping alarm?
Did you check the water level? I know it says maintenance free but it still may need water.

I have a 4 month old battery that is chirping. Hooked battery up to battery charger for 24 hours, changed fuse and then added water after seeing it was low in battery "chambers". Still chirping. Should I charge again since adding water? What else could it be...?
Did you reinstall the electrode into the one plug?
I’m slightly confused. You said water, but did you mean acid? You don’t put water in the holes, do you?
No problem. When a battery is new you add acid to it but when the battery is in use and the fluid (acid ) is low you would only use distilled water to fill it up to the full mark. Thanks for watching.

Good question. No because it is only 12 volts.
