This is the extremely rare luxury edition vs the common (all black) limited edition. The luxury edition is far rarer than the limited edition. The limited edition had 2000 numbered units in 2014 model year and non numbered editions in 2015 ( likely at least another 1500 units). I would estimate the luxury edition ( in this video and only available for 2014) made less than 500 globally

Why does this 1 have the chrome grill, and polished rims, and others JV have a blacked out grill, and rims.
