  • Today, you will learn how to stop scrolling on your phone and break your social media addiction. ·Technology is always at our fingertips. Between smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other devices, we spend hours and hours every day staring at screens, scrolling through pages, responding to messages, and engaging with virtual communities. Much of the time, our devices do make our lives easier. We have access to more information at faster speeds than ever before. We can use finely-tuned applications and lightning-quick programs to significantly increase our productivity. Thus, in the workplace and in our social lives, technology can be profoundly beneficial - so much so that many people couldn’t survive without it - but in our personal lives, our devices aren’t always so advantageous.

Remember to replace your phone addiction to something else (healthier of course) because if you are not prepared to do something else instead you will automatically go back to your phone. Find something to do INSTEAD when you feel the urge… go for a run, read a book, talk to a friend or family member, repeat positive affirmations, sing or dance…

You can turn off your phone notifications...which will help reduce the constant temptation to check your accounts

I was addicted to my phone and social media. But now, I have stopped being addicted. I spend only 20 minutes on social media. To stop getting addicted to your phone, just go outside and play sports, and do activities, and spend time with friends. These things can keep you away from the phone. I know that scrolling on your phone gives entertainment and fun, but phone addiction is not good. Just because it's a fun thing to do, doesn't mean you should get addicted and scroll on the phone for the whole day.

You need to watch many videos to be well rounded... This is more of the guy'''s guess and I don't believe there is research that backs him up based on my experience,,, but maybe I could be wrong,,, but I doubt it...
