    i went to tallinn was in 2016 it definitely is very different to the other baltic states, really loved the medieval vibe going on in the old town. i probably need to go back one day and explore more of estonia. im sure there is many incredible places there.

      Estonia has a lot to offer also out of Tallinn, so, you should definitely go to explore the whole country and places like Pärnu.

      We did go to Tallinn but did not climb the tower. We also enjoyed the modern art museum in the Kadriorg Park

    OMG, the city looks so beautiful! Believe me or not, I really didn't know that it is THAT beautiful! Did you try to talk any Estonian? :)

    • @janvloggaa4920

      Tallinn has hidden gems and it truly is a beautiful and small medieval city. Hah! Thanks for asking, but I didn´t try to speak Estonian. ;D

      It's really beautiful now but in my opinion it was more beautiful in the 1930s before the barbarians came and destroyed everything

    Great video and informative . I am going in a Baltic cruise on September and one stop is Tallinn for about 5 hours . Could I manage to visit all those places ? Thank You !

      City center of Tallinn is pretty small but the palace is further from the old town and city center. I guess you have to choose and drop at least one of the places seen on the video off and you will be fine. Have a nice time in Tallinn!

    Would you recommend renting a city bike there instead of getting the Tallinn card? Is there more to do slightly beyond Tallinn

    • @janvloggaa4920
      @janvloggaa4920  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It depends what you are looking for and how fit you are, but both are great options since Tallinn is rather small city. In Estonia Tallinn is the place to be or if you are looking for a nice spa holiday, you can also visit Pärnu.

    do they have public saunas ?

    • @janvloggaa4920
      @janvloggaa4920  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      For example Kalma sauna is one of the oldest (built in 1928) saunas in Tallinn.
