Loose contact தான் பல பிரச்சனைகளுக்கு காரணம். எர்த்திங் கரி உப்பு பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும். தற்போது எர்த்திங் கெமிக்கலும் கிடைக்கின்றது. Load க்கு ஏற்ற
( I = P/V) calculation ஐ விட சற்று அதிகமான அளவில் MCB, Isolator or RCCB பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும். Main க்கு தனி பைப்பும் load க்கு தனி பைப்பும் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும் . ஒரே பைப் வழியாக gap இல்லாமல் மிக அதிகப்படியான wire களை எண்ணை போட்டு கட்டி இழுப்பதை தவிர்க்கவும். DB box, MCB, Isolator, RCCB or Main Switch தடையில்லாமல் operate செய்யும் வகையில் பார்வைக்கு தெரியும் வகையில் அமைத்திட வேண்டும். Neutral, inverter, earthing, loop இல்லாமல் DB யிலிருந்து தனித்தனியாக செல்ல வேண்டும். Inverter, Battery காற்றோட்டமாக operate செய்யும் வகையில் அமைக்க வேண்டும். தரை வழியாக wire கொண்டு செல்வதை தவிர்க்கவும். தேவையெனில் தரை வழியாக piping செய்து 2 core or 3 core (1 sq.mm, 1.5 sq.mm etc,).. UG cable (Under Ground Cable) பயன்படுத்தலாம். குறிப்பாக Gate light, Gardan ஆகிய இடங்களுக்கு பயன்படுத்துவது நல்லது. தகுந்த tools உபயோகிக்கவும். 1.5 sq mm wire ஐ stipper பயன்படுத்தி insulation எடுக்கும் போது copper ம் சேர்ந்து கட்டாகி 1 sq mm wire ஆக குறைய வாய்ப்புள்ளது. Internet (CAT 6),
TV (RG 6), Telephone, Speaker cable களை current wire செல்லும் பைப்புகளுடன் கொண்டு செல்லாதீர்கள். முக்கியமாக தரமான wires மற்றும் மின் பொருட்களை பயன்படுத்துங்கள். நன்றி

Some more mistakes:
Running AC, DC & Data cables inside same conduit pipe.
Not using neutral link bar.
Linking neutral to earth if EB neutral is not working.
Using silk wire unnecessarily.
Looping or bypassing safety devices permanently.
Tampering interlocking mechanism for convenience.
Placing isolator above 6'.
Using ordinary switch instead of water proof switch, for outdoor use like garden, compound wall lighting, bell switch.
Not using cord switch in large restrooms.
Wiring below concealed water lines.
Keeping points near kitchen sink.
Some techinicians link earth with neutral for some points due to body earth ,is it's safe method or any other alternative method instead of installing earth pit

Please note we get single phase supply from one of the 3 phases in 3 phase 4 wire system. The 4th wire is neutral and it's the star point of distribution transformer secondary.

Already regularised many decades back. But we don't follow.
"B" license for wireman,
"C" license for supervisor,
License for electrical contractors.

All above are issued by electrical inspectorate.
