Do not forget pens and pencils you can never have enough. Remember one cup holder is for coffee even if you do not drink coffee, you need a cup of coffee in a cup holder, so you do not stand out.

Great video, Sean! Very informative for little things. I feel like there is so much little gear we have, any tips for keeping it on our person is helpful. I hadn't though of putting a lanyard on my ruler. LOVE that idea. Thank you!

When do you give the director all of these continuity errors that you find? Because if you wait until post, all the actors are gone. Are you giving them this info right away? I always thought script supervisors were up front watching everything live. Are they observing via the video feed and then reporting it?

Hello! I work in film and currently training to become a Script Supervisor. I have not seen any Script Supervisor use a laptop. Always an iPad. I would imagine the typing on the keyboard would be too loud for sound during a take as well. I am more of a laptop person myself but I will be using an iPad for sure.
