This is a valuable information. As new Script supervisor, I ask to have pre-production time and attend meetings. Unfortunally with my inexperience I didn't have this information to back up my answer to the PM, now I have it on my tool belt anytime someone ask why I need the time.

Regarding being forced to work for free during prep…it is also a violation of labor laws.

@@kristakaufman3593 my book is in progress and will likely be released in Spring of 2023. The course is at your own pace because working Script Supervisors take it.
