Very educative 😊. Thank you for your simplified explanations.
Glad it was helpful!
@@obloni_ElectricalWelcome
Informative....Why are the mains supply cables for solar and Grid connected at the down terminals of the earth leakage . Kindly explain
Simple and informative. Thank you 👍
Very good demonstration.
Me and my class we are proud of you sir we have made it❤
Wow! That's great to hear. From which country please?
Great explanation 💗
Wow great job sir.
Thank you for sharing. Is the device placed on Grid contactor timer or what?
Thank you for the good explanation, look forward for the new video ❤️
Thanks for watching!

Sir you haven't answered my question sir
Well done, but having a rough sketch of the diagram and adjusting the camera angle will have been of a great help to us.
Well noted
@@obloni_ElectricalI am back again to refresh my mind
excellent video, very good
Glad it was helpful. Thanks 💕
very impressive and educative, pls what about a connection when relay in involved in this kind of connection
pls i would love to balance this
Great! keep it up bro.
Thanks bro.
I am going to apply the very same controls for a 3-phase circuit
Its a nice demonstration and explanation. But for lighting load only, it can be done by using relays which are cheaper and lesser power consumption on magnetic coils.
Thanks Romeo. I only used the lamps to represent the load in the wiring. It doesn't mean it is only meant for lighting load. Thanks 👍
But i still like your discussion. But next time, kindly use materials relative to the load you are demonstrating. Or mention the load that the circuitry capability to carry on.thanks
Well noted thanks. @@romeosecretaria6968
If you want to add a 3rd power source say gen. If the solar power runs out, does it mean you wire the contactor of the generator as secondary to the solar where you place an aux NC contactor and run the live through it before it goes to A1/2?
That will require a very different arrangement. I will show it in a subsequent video. Thanks
This video I rate it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Great! Thanks bro.
Very clear explanation - you didnt mention function of the MCB
Don't worry dear, everything you need to know about that is here use this link: th-cam.com/video/EDl-Vapdm5M/w-d-xo.html
Pls sir, what if I am using generator instead of solar panel, can I go by the same principle. Thank you.
I think you can, but you will have a power dip if you do not have an inverter before you either manually start your generator or for the ATS to start the generator.
Normally with generators a solenoid based changeover switch is used.

Pls I don't get it well, can you please give me further explanation. Thank you 💕
Please this is a good tutorial, can you redo it with detailed diagram and good camera angle. Thanks
Well noted. I will consider that. Thanks
@@obloni_Electrical Thanks
Can we do it with two pole contactor
Sure! if it's rated high enough to take the load.
Please help me how to wire a hammer mill with a 24 HP circuit
Please kindly come clearer on how you want me to help you. For 24Hp you may have to use Star delta starter. You can watch this video for more explanation on the star delta wiring.

@@obloni_Electrical yes using star delta
I mean the whole circuit inclusive using stop and start buttons and timers together with loverload relay. It would mean a lot to me thank you
What happens in an event of a faulty contactor ?
As a result of bad Coil, the contactor Will not close.
As a result of a bad contact, the contactor Will close but there will not be out put power.
Looking good . Please provide drawing as connections are not understanding
Well noted
Wish to have the wiring diagram
Don't worry, it will come.
Do you have a schematic for this sir ?
No, but I will create one soon.
Can we do this without rcb
Oh yes!
I done without rcb but my inverter burnt
@@thousiffg7393
Oh no! Something was probably not done right.
But please, did you test the changeover setup before hooking it up?
@@thousiffg7393Please which auxiliary contact did you use. Because the auxiliary contact used on the grid contactor was NC
Noticed that the breaker is not switched on or off in the circuit
Please need a wiring diagram. Ta
Well noted.
This video has weight. I am back again
Hundreds
Diagram please! Thank you
Noted . I will try to include diagrams in the subsequent videos. Thanks
The breaker is not switched on or off why ,😮 did anyone notice
Yes, that mcb was intentionally placed there to let you that anytime you are wiring RCDs there must also be an mcb. The other one is an RCBO so it can work alone. Please watch these videos to be guided.

Very well explained but I have a question to ask sir,My question is that what's the work of the single mcb beside the double pole RCB of Solar grid ? Where does the output of that mcb connected to ? Secondly why the input for Solar and Grid are not the same T1&T2 I mean colour and Terminal interchange, Lastly can you please drop your WhatsApp number for more experience and have access to your status.Thank you sir
1. please watch these videos
th-cam.com/video/EDl-Vapdm5M/w-d-xo.html
th-cam.com/video/yAxkPvMb-7E/w-d-xo.html to clearly understand why I used the single-pole mcb with the RCCB.
2. connecting the Live & Neutral cables of the grid and solar to different terminals T1 & T2 doesn't matter. What matters is the connection at the output side of the contactor (L1 & L2), to ensure that the
Live and Neutral from the grid aligns correctly with the Live and Neutral from the Solar supply.

Thank you for the thorough explanation. Great video by the way 💯. Can you please share the layout diagram for this particular setup. I really like the mechanical interlock you did. Thanks in advance.
For the grid I think it was supposed to have a hold on connection as is been supplied. What type of contactor are you using ?
Pls sir, what if I am using generator instead of solar panel, can I go by the same principle. Thank you.
Sure
Thank you sir.
