Automatic Changeover Switch for Generator / ATS for Single phase Wiring / ATS System for generator

In this video I hope to explain the circuit diagrams required to Automatic Changeover Switch for Generator, ATS for Single phase Wiring, ATS System for generator.
*Generator turns on automatically when the main supply fails.
*The generator will automatically turn off when the supply is restored.
*There are two AC powered and DC powered timers.
*The circuit is configured to interlock the two contactors, thus providing greater protection.
*This is a very important circuit for a home that uses a generator.
*** Red colour wire - Live wire(L)
*** Black colour wire - Neutral wire(N)
***Main supply contactor auxiliary point 2 should be N / C (normally closed).
***You can buy such a contactor in the market or you can use auxiliary contact block. Thanks.

Very Useful video no doubt, thank you for your work and your time. but how could Bobin of the Power contactors and relays 230 V be ON (Energised), wen A2 terminal is connected from outlet terminals of the Contactors, or I misunderstud the Circuit?

Great video....One question though, why did u connect the generator relay-contactor's A2 coil terminal to main power neutral line, shouldn't the A2 for the generator be connected to line two of the generator power wire

Both contactors in this circuit do not turn on at the same time .interlock is used for this circuit.Therefore it is correct to connect the neutral terminals together and assign them to the A2 terminals.

I think u're wrong here. Y do you pick neutral from the output of the contactor to supply the terminal A2 of your coils? You Even linked both the utility and generator together?. Thought the generator would've gotten it's neutral from the input terminal of Gen contactor to feed its coils separately. My observation though, i stand to be corrected please

Pardon me, Shouldn't the Stop of the gen be connected to the N/O of the relay? In that way, it the completes the STOP circuit when the power returns

merci pour le montage, comment la bobine du premier contacteur sera exciter or pour l'exciter , il faut que le timer soit fermé or il n'a pas encore son neutre pour basculer vers le contactes fermés ( 8 et 6), avec le relais aussi (8 et 6 est ouvert), il est alimenté par le neutre de la sortie or les contacteurs sont tous ouverts car leurs bobines ne sont excitées, ... le montage n'a pas encore fonctionné

Hi, I have a Schneider conext 4024 system with a 24V Battery System. I have a WEN 4750 Generator like in your video above. With that said, I have a relay setup, that when I lose the AC, which basically means, that her home is dead from the AC side of the Solar system, it will signal the relay to switch to the generator. The problem with that, is that I still have to manually go out and start the generator.
So, what I’m Looking for is a switch that will sense the battery voltage and the loss of AC, in case of loss of Solar power, and a low voltage of the Battery system, to signal the Generator to start. Do you have any video's like that?
