- Hi friends, in today's video I have shared my morning routine which I have change a little according to the present situation. I wanted a routine which will help me in reducing my work load and will save time. Today in morning I have prepared lunch and dinner together.

I love any kind of Saag, looks yum. Nice lunch. I work for 2-3 hours non- stop and then take a break for hour. Then start again so I don't get tired, my work goes on whole day until 6.30 am to 7 pm, then I am completely done! TV time in my bedroom after 8 pm, nobody dare bother me! 🤣🤣

Payal sis waking up early is very good habit but it doesn't mean u do work all this time till u sleep ur body should have good rest during day time also ,, sis why u don't make lunch and dinner at one time like cook 2dishes daily for lunch and dinner this will give u time to rest and saving ur money as well ,, sis u r alone try to manage ur work time more,,, Payal ur expression at 5:22 😍😝😘😋😋😋😋😋

Payal don't wash palak after cutting it losses it's nutrition n vitamins..Wash vegetables before cutting it ☺️
In pancake mix add salt haldi and chili with finely chopped onion,bell pepper and grated carrot and make batter with water.This tastes yummy with ketchup or chutney.

Payel di, i am totally morning person. I gets up round 5-5.30 , sit in the balcony. Mornings are soo pure and fresh. Completes my prayers then start work from 6 .

Payal i was thinking the same you know.. Earlier i used to get up at 5am .. Go to gym by 6.. But After lockdown started to get up so late and also some irregularity in home workouts .. But Again i will start to get up little early.. And do some running .. Yes not at 5am but at least by 7am .. Routine went in a toss in this lockdown..
Same yaar thai time after coming from India my weight is the same I thought that once I begin to go to gym it will reduce but then all this things happen
