We are a family of doctors and usually take Probiotics, to avoid Gastro Problems. Try the Yakult drink all throughout your stay. It is safe for kids. And after you drink , let your gut flora develop for a few days before you start eating outside food. Have a nice trip.

Perfect butter and best combo with Aloo paranthas .. cauliflower peas curry also looks so yumm 🤤 .. take lot of suitcases if possible, you can bring decor, Indian clothes for Rai, lots of food,spices etc.
I learned it from you only .... today I told also everyone in my channel that I have learnt from you how to make butter .

Hello dear...sorry for late reply.i can relate ur excitement.yess i am happy for u dear👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼.And payal please give probiotic drinks to Rai...nothing will happen to her.Yakult is very good.let me share something.My sister,s son went to USA for his phd ten years and settled down there..he married an american girl and now has three yrs old daughter.every year they had tummy problem when in India.But this puja they took Yakult everyday and had endless kol street foods and other stuff..nothing happened this time.Just one yakult or any other probiotic drink.stay happy dear❤

No news can be greater than going to one’s own homeland. Wish I could go as well . If you are halting at Dubai for transit then please share your shopping haul experience at the airport shops(if possible). Since Rai is on braces tell her to be bit cautious on certain foods ,during the visit, as it will be bit of a hassle if the brackets come off.

My kids never get sick when they go to India. Just make sure you don't eat any cold food or drinks outside the house. Hot food is ok.

YAY!! Time to pack and enjoy Bangalore! Lucky. Get a Lehenga set for you this time, can wear here for parties. We also planned to go to India at the end of December but decided to go to Greece instead. We will go to India next year around this time. Good that you are taking medicines, need it there, even I take lot of meds from here! :D

Ms. Payal, I notice that you usually say Rai falls sick when you are in India! Also that she normally doesn't eat spicy food! I also have a lot of relatives staying in the US and they have similar problems when here on India! If you don't mind, I personally feel it's the outside food and spice that troubles the NRIs! The oil they use for constant cooking also is of high viscosity because of repeated use. So, perhaps avoiding spice and outside food till Rai grows up a little more may make her more comfortable while in Bangalore! And of course, mineral water only! Hope you enjoy your stay here immensely! Cheers!
Nothing works . Not eating outside , drinking boiled water, drinking mineral water , no milk and its products....nothing helps. I have not been able to make out in 20 years. I think it is air.
