Do you need a powerful bike to be fast on a racetrack? 1198 vs Monster 1100S at Autodrom Most part 1

Me and my friend do some free track day runs on at Autodrom Most.
Look, how he absolutely decimates me on his 75hp weaker bike.
Ducati 1198 - 170hp - Diablo Rosso Corsa II
Ducati Monster 1100S - 95hp - Bridgestone S21
6th track day of this season. Autodrom Most 15.07.2021.
Still fighting with suspension set up on my bike.
Well, actually this was the third run that day and part 2 is the first run. Does make sense. :)

What was the fastest time on Monster 1100 in Most?

I don't know about other times of other aircolled Monsters... But my friends best time on his Monster 1100 S in Most was 1:54 and something. On Bridgestone S21 I think. :) The bike is completely stock. Just better compound brake pads and better brake fluid, because he was experiencing brake fade with stock compound.
