I had purchased my first Jaguar XJ6 a year earlier (I still have it as shown in the channel introduction) and drove it to Le Mans with a number of friends from the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club. Obviously you can imagine the joy in the group when Jaguar won! We all woke up with sore heads the next day!

No need to apologize... nice work considering no tripod, no stabilization and such. Good panning and the quality of VHS in good too. Thanks for the upload... love seeing Group C and hearing them too!
Even the small turbo and twin turbo engines sounded good back then, of course not as good as the big NA engines but they had a pleasant melody, why can't modern V6 turbo engines sound like this again?

Just the sound when trying to sleep back at the camp site was amazing.
I dont think the 962 for example sounds that spectacular. The BMW and Porsche LMH sound much better although tbf they are V8s
