You're absolutely right there. Also. He DID become a SEAL and they are all evaluated constantly. We aren't talking like some club you make it through the test, get the tattoo then do what you want... This is a VERY VERY tightly controlled and monitored group he couldn't have been a couch potato and just sent his guys out. Where they were, the mission required doing what they do during the day. Two SEALs actually were lost in action recently because of this. During an operation, Christopher J Chambers fell overboard (between the SEALs’ craft and the hostile ship) during a boarding operation. Unwilling to leave him to die, his brother in arms and fellow U.S. Navy SEAL - Nathan Gage Ingram - jumped into the water in an attempt to save him. The rest of their team completed their mission, but the two men didn’t resurface. A search party was sent out and searched for over a week, but it became a recovery operation as it became evident that the sea had taken them into its depths. They were two men who died serving their country (one dying to save his brother). I was at ST-1 with Jocko when he was enlisted. We were never in the same platoon and never friends. But no-one that worked with him questioned his professionalism or work ethic. The daylight patrols were something that NO-ONE liked, but they came after the Iraqi elections (All SEALs were doing VIP security details leading up to the elections) and we couldn’t do unilateral missions any more, so without an Iraqi partner force we were out of a job. We partnered up with anyone so we could actually participate. In Jocko’s TU, that meant daylight patrolling with Iraqis. Jocko was man enough to not bitch to his subordinates about whatever orders he was given. I never met Kyle and so won’t talk about him. Moral of the story: 1. Confront people privately and personally (it's a biblical command and wisdom). 2. Worry about living your life with integrity. 3. Fight for justice. 4. Believe in Christ and follow Him. 4. Keep the fear of God in your heart.
@dylantaylor251 What do you mean? No sure which part of my response you are addressing. The last one? God is love and Jesus Christ is God in the flesh. So when we see Christ we see the nature of God. Yes, God describes Hiself as merciful and forgiving. He does desire everyone to repent and believe in Christ for their righteousness. But the Bible also says that God's wrath abides on every person who has not repented and trusted in Jesus and His righteousness alone for eternal life. If you read the book of Revelation you will see Jesus Christ in His entirety. He is love, but He's coming to destroy all of His enemies. Those in the unseen realm who are beyond repentance, and those people who have chosen the works of darkness and are children of the devil. Yes, Jesus still loves them all. That's what is so incredible about the love of Christ. He died on the cross knowing that many would reject His love and grace. The free offer of enternal life. The Bible says, "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of all knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction." (Proverbs 1:7). Without the fear of God no one can be saved. The fear of God is what leads to the love of God. The fear of God makes us aware that there is an authority and power infinitely greater than us who is ultimately in control, and we are all accountable to Him. He will judge all of our actions. The love of God is that despite our wickedness God didn't condemn us to hellf for eternity when He had every right to do so. Instead he is patient with us and sent His only begotten Son Jesus Christ to die in our place on the cross. He shows grace to us all, even in each breath we receive. None of us deserve it. But God's grace is given to those who believe and those who reject. But "it's a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God" (Heb. 10:31) without being cleansed by the blood of Christ.

That makes him sound basically credible I guess.
LoL well basically i noticed after i read your comment hahaha
This guy’s objections sound like “Yeah, but what about me?!” Unfounded and jealous attempt for redirection of attention.
It’s always nice when someone talks shit about someone who can’t speak for themselves especially when that someone served and dedicated his life to this country
Remember, EVERYBODY has a hater
God forbid a vet get out the military and start a company and a brand that helps other vets, this guy would rather see his fellow vets on corners begging for change. Jocko is the real deal, still helping his community years after being out, while this guy just bashing it.
Cody Alford is a good example.
The truth doesn’t need protection, bud.
@joshlapante1533 his episode on the Shawn Ryan Show was awesome!
But half Jocko's team called him "the myth " it's in books , plus Kyle DID beat his wife after he got home from murdering those hundreds of ppl , so what's your point ?
I like how he drags a dead man’s character through the mud. Class act
At the end of the day, you are what you do.

Yeah I've only seen him twice and he was doing the same thing in the other clip too.
But is he wrong?

The first rule of verbal combat. Learn to pronounce somebody's name ,2nd rule of combat dont talk about somebody , behind their back.
If, you're on camera and being recorded talking about someone....I don't think you can call it taking bad behind someone's back especially when it's being broadcasted for everyone to see
@@crazymasina8524 If the other person isn't given the opportunity to counter the claims it can/is considered so. Just the basic need for tribalism I guess lol
So Chris and Jocko have ballz. Got it 👍
Not a big Kyle fan, but this guy seems to be on a mission to be on every podcast possible just to bad mouth SEALS.
Not true , only seals that are portraying something they're actually not
Jocko was the task unit Commander. They don't normally go on missions with the team. Was this guy even in the teams.
You should really give the whole podcast a listen. It’s eye opening. Marcus lied and there’s predator footage to prove it. Allegedly.
Yes
It seems like all they do is talk trash about other people.....I like positivity when I am being distracted.....I don't need this stuff

I’ve worked with different Tier1 groups when I was in. The SEAL guys were the biggest mouthpieces out there. Had some guys, no group name, roll up on us in country once in their Hylux and just told us to lookout for stuff in a certain area as they were HVT hunting. Only pushback we ever got was when one of our patrols stumbled upon a HVT a certain team was looking for and we found them by accident. Said team didn’t want to share intel with us after for a couple days f weeks because they were butthurt.
That’s funny Semper Fi.
Team 6 is a Tier 1. Vanilla SEALS are Tier 2.
Chris kyle never bragged he actually gave credit to most of his team and admitted multiple times that he was not the best and that he was shocked he managed to hit his two long shots

If you want the job done right, you call DELTA.

Moral of the story:
1. Confront people privately and personally (it's a biblical command and wisdom).
2. Worry about living your life with integrity.
3. Fight for justice.
4. Believe in Christ and follow Him.
4. Keep the fear of God in your heart.

@@jauzau7312Jesus is about love. Not sure the purpose of your response. God bless you.
The Bible says,
"The fear of the LORD is the beginning of all knowledge,
But fools despise wisdom and instruction." (Proverbs 1:7).
Ok so what do you think about paid mass murderer Chris Kyle then ?

I’ve never been in the military but the point I don’t understand at all is saying it’s basically to risky to push your guys out to do daytime raids just bc US troops had the upper hand at night….. so what happens when US troops have to face another force who have the same night vision capabilities as we do? Maybe it would be a good idea to learn daytime raids since you will have to do it when you fight a near peer adversary
I’d really like to see a response from Jocko
Dude is mad some seals tried helping conventional forces rather than conventional troops helping seals out of their failed night raids on targets with intel from a month ago coming from a local warlord trying eliminate his competition
They got it done, you have a spot on point. They had a big picture, and they ran ops to get that outcome no matter if "conventional" or not.
This guy woke up and decided to talk hell shit 😂😂😂
The Chris Kyle thing I’ve heard from multiple people. Jocko on the other hand is a pretty good guy, everyone from all branches respects the guy. Hell he personally funds all of SOGCAST for John Stryker Meyer. He’s taken pretty good care of other vets and helped tell their stories and he openly admits any mistakes he’s done so I’m not sure wtf this guy is talking about
I’ll take the word from this old school frogman who’s been in the Teams a long assed time and I bet has an impeccable rep in their community. Just because someone sounds suave on the mic and looks the part doesn’t mean they don’t have a dishonorable past.
These quiet old school seals are the kind of guys who REALLY know what’s up amongst their own.

Jocko commanded during Iraq and they were tasked with a mission that SEALs don’t usually do. But they fit in there alongside the conventional guys. Their strategy was a success.
