I love going into modded lobbies with cowboy just to kill the crap out of whatever busted bullcrap there is that day, because they never predict the impale
you need to subscribe to 3 main mods in the steam workshop: character loader custom map loader mod options and then you can subscribe to character/map mods in the workshop

Nah cowboys are beatable, not really op- you would have to come across an extremely proficient player to see cowboys like that. Cowboy compared to the rest of the cast has a more visible and noticeable skill cieling, he can combo you to shit if you make mistakes. Just know that unless you are fighting elucard, you aint gonna be finding all too much pro cowboy players.
