Mourners have gathered in Tehran, the capital of Iran, to attend the funeral of General Soleimi.
Images released by the Office of the Iranian Supreme Leader show ayatollah Ali Khamenei praying over the General's coffin.
Donald Trump has vowed that the United States will hit back "perhaps in a disproportionate" manner against Iran should the country attack "any US person or target".
It comes after the Iranian general was killed in an air strike in Baghdad, Iraq, on Friday, with his daughter promising a "dark day" for the US and Israel.
You have to understand the meaning of the words coming out of his mouth. He didn't weep until he asked God to have mercy upon the general as he did not know anything wrong of him. He testified with utmost certainty according to his own knowledge. The weeps were because there is a greater emotional and hearted
Relation between them. He himself wished the general martyrdom a couple of months ago while giving the bravery medal.

@@Imaginethatshit , where is your evidence? Do you know the millions of Iraqis killed by American bombs? The late General was revered for his fight against ISIS and Al Qaeda. Do you know the innocent Syrians, Iraqis and other Arabs that were beheaded by ISIS before the General stepped in? There's a reason thousands of Iraqis are mourning him. The only people celebrating now are Al Qaeda and ISIS militants. Unlike lots of westerners that didn't know this General before last week but are suddenly experts on him, I actually followed the war against ISIS for years and took note of the real men that led the fight against ISIS .
