  • I use SkySafari to plan my imaging sessions. I can use the time feature to see when objects will be above the horizon. I also use the equipment and FOV feature. It’s a great way to see how deep sky objects will frame up with your gear. #astrophotography #photography #newvideo #app #review

Idk if you can help but... in skysafari, can/how do you add events for later dates to phone calendar? Ik you can in apps such as mobile observatory 2. But skysafari has everything I need but that one thing. Thanks

What kind of events? I’ve never used that feature or anything like it, but it’s probably in the calendar section if it’s available.

@AstroDanno an ex: on 4.21.24 5:41 AM 12P/Pons-Brooks will be the brightest at my location, and I want to add it to the calendar app in my phone so I can get a notification the night before, as a reminder. Idk if you use mobile observatory 2 or 3, but it has a setting on the event page and I'll let you add it to ur built in calendar. And I can't seem to find it on skysafari 7 pro

@AstroDanno but yea I don't think it's an option. Check out mobile observatory 2 or 3 and you'll see what I mean. You can all the way in the future and add events to keep up with

@@Lothric.Knight I’d just set a reminder on my phone. That’s what I did with the eclipse to make sure I had everything.
