Change engine remove centre bump which consume lot of space of passenger seats. Second thing weld door jams to fit rubicon doors and dashboard. Once you figured out problems then you would earn lot of money.
Wow lots of work! Going for a full detail on the frame? When you go and remount the rear bumper ( air lift bumper?) use Grade 8 bolts on all mounts, very expensive but best bet for safety. Does this vehicle have the HD suspension used on the newer up armored versions?

I’m watching you go further and further further into this and I know there’s no way you can remember later on what parts go where. How will you be sure you reassemble it correctly, in the right order? Are you taking written notes somewhere, or will you use some sort of build manual for reassembly?
Yes I will. You got to think of a big project and then break it down into a bunch of small projects that will equal the big project in the end. Yes everything is labeled, I know where all the parts go. At least I hope, if not We have the Interwebs!

A ratchet-strap looping under the jack and over the post would work also, in a pinch, right
