Thank you Sparkle Pony, top 5 ink colors... Broken china for stormy skies or tumbled glass if you like lighter blue skies, peeled paint for leaves (I like to mix it with crushed olive) vintage photo lovely brown tone, Hickory smoke is nice for a soft grey if used lightly and a dark grey if heavier handed/or you could use black soot. I love victorian velvet soft pink with greyish tones. Scattered straw is a tanish yellow, I know that's six...lol If you are into brighter colors there are little cubes that come in sets peacock feathers, spiced marmalade, picked raspberry and mustard seed is a good pick

I use a very small amount of water in coloring books, and always do a test page in the back of the book to see how the water and the medium will work before I use it on a page I really like.
