The triggers are defective please actually hold the phone and use the triggers there diffent this time more pressure instead of ultrasonic they are not good i found the flaw on mine and reliazed the actual screen being push on opposite side can actually make the buttons stick alls i wanted was a 7 ultimate with the fan o got ripped off
