Excellent kata demonstration from these karate black belt ladies, we have more women at my dojo then men, many are Dan grades, us girls take up karate for many reasons ! I like this woman or lady to do a punch on a wooden makiwara, and also on a hanging paper to tear it by one straight punch just like what that Okinawan woman did who is the daughter of an Okinawan karate master.
