@@STE7EN47 it's true that doing a trick in one stance doesn't automatically mean you can do it another, but when you're talking about biggerflips, they are way harder to do regular than fakie, which is why it's so ironic in this case, most people are like you and can only do them fakie and not regular because it's easy to do fakie, so for someone who can do it the harder way, it's expected that they can do it the easier way too

They both did that, but not as a way to ruin their concentration...they literally just wanted to pick up their boards so they can immediately throw down for their trick if the other made theirs, offense or defense.
Becker did it to Ray on the nollie varial flip and fakie bigger flip, those were two obvious times i heard him do so.
I also noticed this. I was wondering as well if it was just getting ready for the next trick but I think it’s telling I’m not the only one this stood out for.

Yeah I saw that and was like that's low-key a little dirty lol. No one ever does that. He also did varial flips in almost every stance, you're bound to get a letter on at least one of them since no one really practices them.
