Are you the same Edubarca that hangs out on RC Groups? I hang out there too as "E-Challenged. I was given a Minox C with leather case/chain and flash cube attachment a few years ago. I don't recall whether I ever shot film and had prints made. I'm amazed at the amount of interest in these little cameras. I still have my old Minolta SRT-101 and accessory lenses. Nice video including background music.
Very nicely done, you have a fine collection. Walter Zap was indeed a genius! A man I once studied with, one day happened to open a large shallow drawer in one of his tool cabinets. Inside were row after row of Minox cameras. He had one of nearly every model from every year of production. He loved Minox!
Thanks Horace for your comment. Yes, Walter Zapp was a genius. He gave us the most extraordinary photo system EVER. And now that film is coming back, is the best time to use Minox. I am rather late updating this video. I purchased three more Minox cameras and other accessories that I have to added. Just a little lack of time. Your friend, very lucky. There are some very old models of the Minox cameras that cost a fortune so I'll stick to those I have. Thanks again and best wishes.
You have an excellent collection and beautiful daughter! I hope my little girl becomes as fascinated with these little cameras as much as I have. I'm a new collector and I also am trying to find all the accessories with original boxes. I just recently found a Minox B, and the flash attachment with their cases, and the magnifying loupe in its original box. I had no idea there was this many accessories so thank you very much for making this video!

Glad to know you like Minox and thanks for your comment . It is not difficult to get Minox items on Ebay. Some are very expensive and some are not. And the bidding system allows sometimes to get dirt cheap items. Case in point: I just purchased a EC outfit in mint shape for just USD20.00!! By the way I'm preparing an updated version of this video because I have obtained other items not listed here. Long live Minox spy cameras!!!
The old Minox "Spy camera" uses 9.2 mm wide film to produce 8 x 11 negatives or slides. When film photography was king, Minox use to sell several types of emulsions including slides, black and white and colour print. Nowadays, although there is a resurgence of film photography, you have to either look up on Ebay for film or cut yourself the film using a special film slitter. 110 size film cannot be used because it is wider and the cassette is too big.
